Horrible company to do business with or work for. Care more about their profits than emporium their loyal customers. Avoid at all costs. I repeat, HORRIBLE company. Beware.

TERRIBLE customer service. We just switched phone carriers. Verizon was so expensive, and ridiculous to try and get ahold of the right person. We are also saving over $150 a month for the EXACT same plan we had at Verizon. Sad, we were Verizon customers for over 10 years. Service has also taken a nosedive downhill.

Iam less then one mile from you at the small truck stop and my internet on my tablet keep going out and can only get 2 bars!
