Very upset with the customer service at this store. I have shopped Versona before they moved to Tulsa. Every year my friends purchase a gift card for me. I returned a dress and was issued only a receipt for the return. The clerk told me all I needed was the receipt to redeem my unused money. Now they won't honor it. Basically they've stolen the remaining funds. I keep getting the run around from Michelle the store manager saying her DM has to review a tape. It's been 3 weeks people just give me my credit. Not my fault you didn't properly train your employee on gift card returns

I’m upset with this store because I really wanted this bracelet. It was on the clearance rack. It was a set of two bracelets I thought. I got up to register to pay and the cashier actually said it was two separate bracelets which was completely fine. She then called her manager over because the second bracelet did not have a price tag and they wouldn’t sell it to me “because they couldn’t find another”. Are you serious... I would’ve paid full price so I will take my business to the 71st street store. Also not to mention the manager wouldn’t even look at me and say it she was talking to the girl right to my face in a smart tone “ I can’t sell this”
