Marcus, you are not the only that had a poor experience. Employee 114837 was extremely rude before I even approached the desk and snapped at me to go look at frames and leave my insurance card. Not even a basic greeting. Normally, I would have walked out, but I had already been to another place that was incompetent at applying the insurance even with an insurance representative on the phone. I was patient, because I have a long history with Wal-Mart and prefer to skip the sales tactics at higher end places despite having a generous frame allowance. Unfortunately, they gave up trying. Also, my daughter was heading off to college so I needed to get it done. Employee 114837 also slipped charges assuming I did not know my coverage information. She only explained the charges after I inquired not beforehand as one would expect. Needless to say, they did Not earn my family's business going forward!! Sometimes, people have their friends and family members leave positive reviews and that seems to be the case here. It was an unmistakably rude experience!!

We came to visionworks because our insurance covers glasses from them. We walked in, store was empty and quiet. One employee was there, her name was Carley. She was sweet and helpful. She let us browse without interfering or making us feel rushed. My husband and I finally decided on a pair each and brought them to her. She was quick to get it all inputted for insurance and get us on our way! It nice to be able to go in and take our time without feeling pressured by an associate. She made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. We were very pleased with the level of customer service we received and the selection the provide! We will be repeat customers!

My glasses were broke. I also had them replace the glasses in the frames of my Ray-Ban glasses. They came back, bent and chipped as well as the glasses. The glass themselves were bent and chipped. Didn’t wanna do anything about it other than refund my money. I want my glasses fixed I don’t wanna refund they insisted that that’s the only thing that they will do and did nothing else.

I'm not sure if it's the same lady everyone else is talking about that helped me but she was rude barely wanting to help me and when some information was slightly amiss she was ready to tell me she couldn't do anything. Luckily a male employee helped me and found the simple grammatical error in the spelling of my name and upon finding out she was wrong and I did have glasses to claim, she walks off in a huff so noticeable the male co worker had to apologize for her. I will not be returning to this location and to be clear I'm speaking on the blonde female with glasses working the closing shift on both Tuesday and Wednesday. The lady with the darker hair she was a complete delight almost a redeeming factor for this location....almost.
