Verify The prescriptions you are picking up before you pay for them. I was picking up four prescriptions, one for my father and three for my mother and didn’t realize the one for my dad was a prescription that he stopped taking three months ago. Unfortunately, when I called in the renewal for the prescription at this Walgreens, the renewal went to a different Walgreens. When I got out to the car and realized that it was the wrong prescription, I went back in, but the pharmacy was closed for lunch. When I went back after their lunch break, they refuse to give me the $60 back and said I should’ve verified it before I paid. I explained to the pharmacist that I never in 1 million years didn’t think I was picking up the one prescription that I called in the renewal for. She said there was nothing she could do about it, and I could talk to the manager the next day. I left the prescription there with her and watched her peel the sticker off of it. (Which tells me she was putting it back on the shelf). I went back the next day to talk to the manager who told me it was my fault, and there was nothing they could because of the State laws . I asked her if she could just give me a $60 credit for my next prescription that I was picking up and she said nope nothing they could do about it. So I paid $60 for a prescription I didn’t wantAnd then I had to proceed to go to another Walgreens to pick up the prescription for my father that I was supposed to have in the first place and had to pay $300 for it

I feel bad for the employees. So horribly managed.

There was a man in the car next to me in the drive through berating the pharmacist (Amelia) due to an issue that was his own fault. Wanted to leave a positive review to cancel out the negative one I’m sure he’s about to leave. Had a great experience and Amelia was doing great!

Liz at the pharmacy was honestly one of the most helpful and WONDERFUL people I’ve ever spoken with at any pharmacy ever! First time talking to her and without even having to ask helped fix problems to questions I hadn’t thought of and went above and beyond to look up pricing and coupon codes. So so grateful for this kind of service when you already feel not the best and someone makes it as easy as possible. This pharmacy definitely has all around incredible staff but I just wanted to take a minute to point out Liz specifically for how she helped me yesterday ☺️ thank you!!

Came to get prescription and there was over 4 employees in pharmacy. However the whole pharmacy was closed down for "lunch" as they sat there and laughed and looked at me thru the door. I got the alert Tony meds were ready during their lunch breaks so I'm confused on how that happened. COVID is over with Walgreens. Don't advertise ur pharmacy open 24 hrs when it's not!! It's clear you had enough employees to separate lunches.

Due to location, I moved my prescriptions from Reasors to Walgreens. HORRIBLE MISTAKE! My cholesterol medicine jumped from $27 to $74. Walgreens - Rich owner greed & American capitalistic medicine at it's worst.

I moved my pharmaceuticals needs away from Walgreens. It's always something, can't find my prescription, or my insurance, or they never even started on something that was ordered the day before. The weird 1 hour break thing is awful too, because that tends to be around my lunch time too. I can't think of any other business, especially one with such a vital service to provide, randomly closes down for an hour's lunch. However, some of the in store sales can be lucrative and for what it is worth, the staff are generally nice and helpful, but I have found a better pharmacy closer to home with all that and then some.

For this being a 24 hour location it is slower service than the regular locations. A couple of weeks ago I waited an hour on hold to see the turnaround time and ended up waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru to have the prescription finish filled at the window.Tonight I am back as the regular location is too backed up. They held the prescription due to insurance issue which was due to the original location not releasing it. Waited 20 minutes on hold to find this out. Then spent another 20 minutes in the drive thru to get it. Sick people do not need to be waiting long periods for prescriptions. Please do better!

Had a prescription for antibiotics but I didn't have insurance to cover it. The tech who helped me out used a coupon to lower costs. Thanks.

The pharmacist is very rude and the people checking you out front are Neanderthal like. Additionally, the pharmacy has made mistakes in the drugs they have dispensed to me and refused to correct them. The prices are ridiculously higher since pandemic began for regular merchandise.

I get all my prescriptions here at this Walgreens. The pharmacy seems to be OK. I wanted to buy something that was two dollars less expensive online that they advertised. They would not give me that sale price. I could've had it shipped to them and got the sale price. I could not wait that long. Very poor customer service. I am planning on moving my very expensive RXs to a on line.
