I will be honest, after reading a lot of the reviews for this location I cant blame Walgreens entirely for going up there three times, trying to get my prescription filled, I got diagnosed with pneumonia today. I was hoping of getting the first round in tonight prior to bed. Now Im in bed, no prescriptions and having to ship my prescriptions out to a Walgreens across town. Which were filled within the hour, except one. Which this location said I already picked up and its the antibiotics I actually need. So instead I will look at the inhabitants from this side of town that Walgreens chose to hire and just shake my head in disgust at as the reason I cant get a prescription filled in my own damn neighborhood. 4.5 hours should be more than enough time to get this done. I have been beyond patient. And I hope that this isnt the norm it seems to be at this location. Now I have 3 of 4 medications that I cant even take cuz I dont have the one.

OMG the worst ever, been 46 minutes holding for someone to pick up, and after another 16 minutes the staff hang out the phone. THE WORST!!!!

GO TO A DIFFERENT WALGREENS\\nWish I could give 0 stars.\\nMy doctor told me everything was sent and she was looking at the receipt. This Walgreens said it wasn't there... They said they'd text when it's there. 12 HOURS LATER(bc eventually they closed) no text or anything I go in and the lady was SO RUDE. I'm a very nice understanding person and she does NOT need to be working with humans. This was around 9:20 am Thurs. Jan 5th.

We are still in a pandemic. Please be kind to those who choose to work, instead of staying home, to serve you. They are doing their best. I love this location. They have the best staff!!

Never ever have the appropriate staff, closed at random hours. Don’t put your prescription here.

I keep going back hoping it will get better, but I continue to have a frustrating experience with this pharmacy. They take hours to even review a called-in prescription (and I'm convinced they only ever see it because I've gone into the store to ask why it isn't in process). If you call, expect to be on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes, but sometimes they just won't answer at all. Once, I was on hold for a hour and a half, then drove over to the store only to find they'd closed the pharmacy 2 hours early. Today, after noticing my prescription wasn't in progress 3-hours after my doctor called it in, I gave them a call and was on hold for 30 minutes until I walked in the store and hung up. When I got the the counter, the woman working looked up the order and THEN put it in progress and told me it would be 10-15 minutes if I wanted to wait. After 25 minutes of waiting in the store, I witnessed her raise her voice at another customer. I still don't have my prescription, so hopefully I'll be back later, but I'll be filling at a new store moving forward.

I'm so glad the guy at the pharmacy was sweet enough to let me stand in line for 10 minutes to then tell me right at 5:00 that he couldn't help me. Even after I had been waiting. Customer service isn't that hard. I needed to pick something up and it would have taken 1 minute. Then I found a manager and she didn't care either.

I used this location for years and everything was always a hassle. They put me on eternal holds. They were disrespectful upon my last visit when they had me on hold for 30 minutes and i pulled up to the window to show them my phone. Not worth the hassle. Use Wal-Mart or Amazon pharmacy instead.

Let's just say this was not on the corner of Happy and healthy. It was more on the corner of healthy and meh! Or, at least when I asked the cashier Dorian how he was doing? I asked him why he was just meh, in an attempt to see if there was a way to fix it. However, he ignored it. While my sister was waiting for her items to rang up, she made a comment to say, Oh I can't wait until you ring me out! He was just that unfriendly. He definitely tried to attempt to be a little friendlier when she pointed out his attitude but at that point I was over my Walgreens experience. I was having a good time especially because I could actually hear the music and it was actually good.

I went there to get a prescription from my dentist, naproxen 275mg, for a tooth extraction. The pharmacist there, an older asian woman, said it doesn’t exist, so they couldn’t fill it. I went to CVS and they had it. Makes me skeptical about the knowledge of their “pharmacists” and the quality of care Walgreens provides.

Got to the store about 4 minutes before the pharmacy closed to pick up my wife’s medicine, 6 on a Saturday mind you, which is ridiculous. The Pharmacy locked up up 5 minutes early, we saw them walking out and I asked why they closed it early and they argued with me.... telling me it was 6 on their clock, when the Walgreens Clock at the front of the store was right above them and it was 2 minutes passed 6.... mind you I had been up front for 5 minutes at this point.... terrible experience when people are trying to pick up medicine after a day of work.... this pharmacy has lost my business unless they find a way to make it right.

The Pharmacist at this Walgreens this morning refused to give my husband his 2nd box of insulin. He stated that he "takes too much" and that he was only going to give him one box because that should be plenty for him. He is not a Doctor and doesn't know his medical history so he should not be telling him how many units of insulin he should be taking nor should he be refusing to give someone their prescription that they literally need to live. This was very dissapointing and we will not be back.
