An employee in this store named Brad behaved in a condescending and rude manner towards me. He was dismissive of me and hostile towards me when I tried to explain to him an issue that I had with an online order. He stared at me angrily during our conversation, making me feel afraid during my interaction with him. When I asked the other store associate Kayla for Brad's name so that I could leave a feedback about my experience at the store, I was told that they are not allowed to give out employees' names to customers. This makes no sense considering that all employees wear name tags. I just hadn't had a chance to look at Brad's name tag. When Brad heard me asking Kayla for his name and she refused to give out his name, he spoke loudly from a distance "My name is Brad". If you want to be treated respectfully and not be dismissed and made to feel afraid, I suggest avoiding going to this store.

Really wish you could give 0 stars... Hey Google, make 0 stars an option.!. Makes SO much sense looking at these reviews, a call to corporate is necessary and definitely going to happen due to the VERY rude staff and overall (NON)flow of the store... A total cleaning of house and management sounds like is what needs to happen... The 5 star ratings on here I can guarantee are from the staff or family... Classes need to be a must for staff dealing with customer service, these people don't know what that means... Sky is the only employees name I got, but I know if they need to they can look at the time clock for the other rudie.!. ?

Don’t use this pharmacy. Every time I come here it’s either closed or the line is huge with one lane open and the inside is closed. I’ve never had such an issue to just pick up a prescription like this anywhere.

The Walgreens pharmacy on 71st and Sheridan might literally be the absolute worst pharmacy in Tulsa, OK. Upon reading the reviews, it’s very clear that I’m not alone in this thought. Their hours are terrible & apparently they have some sort of staffing issue because there was a huge line for the drive thru & the inside was closed off. Horrible experience. If you work the standard M-F 9-5 you probably wouldn’t be able to use this pharmacy because they’re closed on the weekends and are only open from 9-6 on weekdays. If you try going during your lunch break you better be prepared to be late getting back because you’re gonna be waiting forever in line.

This complaint is regarding the Walgreens located at 6505 E 71st St, Tulsa, OK 74133. I have been using this Walgreens for 2 years now and have never had a problem with customer service at the store or in the pharmacy until now. I spoke to a woman who said her name is Ashley and that she is the pharmacy manager. The script that my daughter needs is on back order so I called to ask when they may have it. She had an attitude, started “huffing and puffing” and said a few days. I told her we didn’t have a few days to wait, is there another pharmacy we could transfer to? Again started “huffing and puffing” and said hold on and put me on hold. I was on hold for a bit when she came back and said it was transferred to a pharmacy across town. I can’t get across town to get the medication before they close. Instead of being polite and communicating with me, as a manager should, I would have told her not to transfer it and I will contact doctor to see if there are other meds that are in stock she can take. Whoever Ashley is she shouldn’t be running a department if she doesn’t like supporting customers. Changing pharmacies now.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Called and got a refill request sent to that exact location on Wednesday the 12th, ever since have been going back and forth calling the dr's office to verify if it's been sent. Calling the pharmacy and going through the answering machine for checking prescription status, the machine went from saying "I see the order but it's not quite ready yet" to then changing to "hm, I'm not finding anything" then call the office again on a Friday to see what's going on, she called the pharmacy to talk to a pharm tech and find out if they've received it, they closed at 1:30 on an afternoon and said they can't pull up any information because they've shut their system down. Then have to wait until Monday and they are like "oh yeah we went ahead and cancelled because we didn't have the medication available. Sorry" just cancelled it. Didn't think to maybe call back the Dr. that they received a request from and relay that information at all, for someone trying to get medication refilled for nearly 2 weeks. Instead just made me run around in circles making calls to find out what the deal was. Absolutely pathetic. Will never see a penny of my business again even if it's to go in and buy a drink or candy real quick that's stocked around the check out area. Do not deal with or support this pharmacy they're a nightmare to deal with I promise

Went to this pharmacy because another Walgreens somehow didn't have the diluent for a vaccine that I had an appointment for and they recommended this pharmacy because it was the closest pharmacy that had this vaccine. They somehow "lost" the diluent (literally just sterile water for injection that nearly every pharmacy has on their shelf) which is packed in the same carton as the actual vaccine. Nevertheless, after driving 30 minutes to the 71st and Garnett pharmacy for this vaccine, which is required for admittance into dentistry school, I was informed that they couldn't give me the shot. Apparently, they stop giving shots from 1-2 pm because they take a lunch break at 1:30 and it was 1:02; therefore, I couldn't get the shot until 2. Ironically, I had been waiting in line since 12:55 while another customer was complaining to the pharmacy tech. After asking if they could make an exception, the pharmacist said he was too busy and that I would have to wait an hour before they could give me a vaccine... I understand that working in a pharmacy can be hectic at times, as I've worked at a pharmacy for almost 7 years while going to school, but I could never imagine providing my patients with such awful, uncaring customer service. I could not recommend this pharmacy in good faith to anyone and will certainly not be sending my future patients' prescriptions to this pharmacy. The pharmacist working should be ashamed of this level of customer service and needs to reevaluate his career decision, as checking prescriptions is just a small part of the job - showing your patients you care is what working in the healthcare industry is about.

I've been going to this particular Walgreens for over ten years and today on April 1,2022 at 6:05pm the pharmacy was closed.I'm told by a Walgreens agent that the pharmacy will now begin closing at 6pm.And they'll be closed on the weekends as well,I'm assuming this is due to the lack of business. As there are other Walgreens in the vicinity, the reason I prefer this location.Because I'm familiar with the pharmacy staff....

Pharmacy has been closed for 3 solid days and counting…apparently they have no one to staff it. I would recommend using anyone but Walgreens for your pharmacy since they are extremely unreliable!

6505 E 71 St, in Tulsa, 71st and Sheridan This Walgreens has incorrect hours online/your phone, not even their door has a sign. Their pharmacy is now closed on the weekends. Their weekday hours are now 10-6pm. Employees in the store act like they knew the change was coming a few days ahead of time, but they let no customers know, did not send out a text, or even put a sign on their front door. I completely understand being understaffed, just let people know and be courteous. May the force be with you on getting your prescriptions, especially if they are controlled substances that can’t be transferred. Once I figure out how to take care of that, I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere
