Dropping a script off for my dad ant the Edison location in tulsa, and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and obnoxious. So much so, that the associates in the pharmacy were incredibly uncomfortable. He gave me several names John, Cody, Peter.
The other associates were nice and respectful!
Worst experience ever in a retail establishment.
Walgreens please do better. Wish I could give him a zero.

Dear Walgreens Management,
I’m writing to share my deeply troubling experience at one of your stores today. The pharmacist on duty was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Throughout our interaction, he seemed intent on provoking a reaction from me, but I remained calm and apologized for whatever seemed to upset him. It was devastating to witness his frustration, especially as it occurred in front of other customers and staff members.
I understand that everyone has difficult days, but there is no excuse for such belligerent behavior in a professional setting. I hope that the pharmacist receives the support he needs to handle his emotions better and treat the members of our community with the respect they deserve. I did nothing to warrant his actions and was left deeply disappointed and appalled by the experience.
Walgreens has a reputation for quality service, and I was saddened to see this behavior tarnish the experience in my local store. I trust that this will be addressed, as professionalism and respect are key to the good service your company is known for.

This pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication, since it has been out of stock and has been extremely hard to find anywhere. I feel so fortunate to have found this pharmacy, and am very thankful for the helpful staff that got me my medication during a shortage.

This walgreens is trash put prescription in Thursday still not filled Saturday now they not open to Tuesday I'm changing location this walgreens is trash all ways long lines or don't fill prescriptions

I have insurance I went over there for a prescription they said my insurance wasn’t working I’ve called my insurance even had my insurance call them they said they had it figured out but I called and it still says I owe money for my prescription that was supposed to be covered by insurance I feel the need for them to have more certifications to apply to this job if they don’t know what they’re doing.

If you have a prescription, go somewhere else. I went in to get a script that was sent 6 hours prior, they told me it wasn't ready, would be available in the morning. No surprise, it was not, I gave 3 days to fill a generic script and nothing. I honestly wanna know what they do back there all day. Transferred it to the OKstate Walgreens, it was ready in 3 hours. Just drive the extra few minutes, plus, their customer service is way better!

Pharmacy tech was rude and did not want to answer questions. When asked to speak to pharmacist was placed on hold and then disconnected. When I called back was told the Pharmacist is to busy to speak to anyone about a programing issue on there end and was hung up on. Concerned for Patients that depend on this location when I am told that a 20 min turn around is taking 6 hours and they don't seem to care. Will not recommend any one here

Better than most Walgreens but they're bad at restocking meds. They waited until 2 days AFTER receiving my prescription to reorder it. It's beyond frustrating when it's critical medication

They fill my prescriptions in a timely manner and are always looking for ways to get me discounts or save me time. I appreciate this pharmacy.
