This PHARMACY Walgreens at 15th & Lewis is honestly unreal. Every time I walk in, it has been pure chaos and or just straight-up unprofessional.
I’ve been here multiple times thinking, “Maybe it’ll be better this time,” but nope, it gets worse.
I avoid this place like the plague unless I absolutely have to go, and even then I mentally prepare myself for disappointment.
Walgreens, do better, or shut it down.

Every time I go to pick up my son’s ADHD medicine there is always an issue. I came today to pick it up and the lobby is closed, drive thru open 2p-6p and no pharmacist on duty. It is always an act of congress to get anything done at every Walgreens I’ve ever been too.

Hallie in the pharmacy with the most fabulous hair and nails was super kind and compassionate. She went above and beyond. Not mention her customer service skills are on point

My last few visits to this store were five star experiences. It was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and inviting. They were also knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I don't even give this walgreens a 1 star every month I have a problem I set on hold for 30 minutes and they hang up on me this places needs to get it together hate dealing with is every month and the stuff is rude

I love Walgreens and I think you should to there very professional at taking care of our everyday needs 10/10 customer service from employees and pharmacy employees I love the great deal as well ❤️🩹 thanks Walgreens 🥰🥰

I got in the pharmacy line at 5:45. Knowing they were going to close at 6. There were 4 cars ahead of me. I sat in line for the entire of 15 minutes. By this time there was one car ahead of me, I find that they don’t want to finish helping those in line and instead just close. Now I have to go a night without asthma medications.
I don’t feel this is fair to those waiting for literal life saving medications. No one was behind me, and they could have closed after myself. I’ve used this pharmacy a lot and I usually don’t have issues. I usually don’t pick up my medicines on a Saturday either, but if this what a Saturday normal is, some adjustments should be made.

I give this pharmacy only 1 star because of how hard the pharmacist’s work. I give the pharmacy techs a no star. 3 months ago I had a tech tell me my doctors order was not called in and they did not have my prescription. I let the tech know that it was called in and was called into the voicemail for the pharmacist to review. The tech continued to tell me it was not there. Luckily the pharmacist Mike over heard and intervened. He checked his voicemail and reported it was there and filed my prescription right away.
Fast forward to this month I encountered the same situation. I let the pharmacy tech, crystal , know that this has happened before and to ask the pharmacist to review the voicemail. She responded that she knows he has listened to them and it’s not there. I responded, it was called in around 3pm are you sure he has listened to the voicemail I know you all are busy. Would you mind asking him? She became defiant stating she knows he has checked them since 3pm and I would need to have my doctor call them in again. The following morning I received a call my medication was ready for pick up. I did not call my doctor to resend in an order which let me know that the order was received by voicemail and had not been reviewed as she reported it had. This lack of concern for your patients/clients can cause future patients with health issues as ones who suffer from cardiac disease, diabetes, infection, and a list of other health issues who need their prescriptions promptly. This pharmacy tech holds liability for this pharmacy and should be advised in the future to not “shoe” her patients away as prescription medications for many are detrimentally needed. She was wrong and lied and someone with characteristics as these should not be working for a pharmacy or in the medical field. I hope with a pharmacist or pharmacy manager’s intervention with her and education may help her in the future to practice safely but with out intervention she will continue to deny patients their medications without the pharmacist’s awareness which in the end will fall on their license.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. On the phone for over an hour with only 1 caller ahead. That's BS. They should just say don't waste your time waiting, we will not answer phone calls

Don’t send your prescriptions here. They’ll find a way to mess it up and the automated system will tell you it’s ready when it isn’t. Go literally anywhere else.

Greg and his team Mike and Taryn are amazing. I shop here three times a week and they are always helpful and in great spirits. Greg goes above and beyond to make sure that his store remain stocked with the items that I need weekly. This makes my life so much easier. They always have my online orders ready to go within an hour confirmed and ready for pick up in my 30 years of shopping with Walgreens this store has offered the best experience for me. Thank you again Greg.

Was refused access to a bathroom, here I am in a desperate situation and I'm told that I can't even use the restroom. Nowhere is it posted that the restrooms are no longer open and had I known I wouldn't have gone in. Wound up leaving my purchases because I have a medical issue and needed the bathroom.

Walgreens pharmacy is the worst, especially this one. Waited 27 minutes on hold to speak to someone and the wait times to pick up an rx was worse. Get it together ya’ll.

If I could leave no stars, I would do that. When trying to get medication for a newborn the multiple employees I spoke with were not helpful and frankly rude. After a goose chase and days of waiting for the “ordered” medication to arrive, I was told the medication isn’t even available for order through Walgreens. I will not be using this Walgreens ever again after such a poor customer service experience.
