awful Staff, I went to take my Daughter’s passport pictures. the lady that attended me was really nice and considerate, she told me that the passport Camera was down, but she still found another way to take the pictures. the only problem was that my daughter had a White shirt on and it would blend in with the background, so we went back home to change it and came back. but when we came back the lady was busy and we waited, an old man that worked there came by and asked us why we were there, I told him why, and in a Super rude and nasty manner he said the camera was down, I told him that the lady already took the pictures and everything was fine and he almost yelled at me saying the damn camera was down.

I have been there 3 times to get prescriptions filled. Each time they can't fill it. ALWAYS A PROBLEM THAT FOR WHATEVER REASON THEY CAN'T FILL IT!! I have Medicare as my primary insurance and Soonercare as my secondary. I HAVE GREAT INSURANCE! But NO they are quite RUDE and there is ALWAYS an excuse why they can't fill it. I go to other Walgreens and never have a problem. SHUT THE USELESS DOGS THAT WORK THERE & THAT WHOLE USELESS STORE DOWN!!

They are alway closing due to short staffed and they till you to go to the s lewis walgreens to get your meds 🙄 so I go to s lewis location and they can't fill my meds I have a issue every month with this location it's alway something and they keep you on the phone on hold for over 2 hr and then hang up on you this location need to be closed down or better help walgreens use to be the best place not anymore poor communication and poor staff all around poor

Rude Pharmacy staff went to sit in the waiting area, instead of being greeted they barked no public restroom. Cashier was polite but the Pharmacy needs to learn customer service skills

Two stars because the cashier was nice. My issue is I was there to buy some migraine meds, had to pee, and made my way to the restroom sign, only to be told by a fairly rude employee that “there are no public restrooms.” When I asked the nice cashier why this was the case, despite a big visible restroom sign, she said it was the manager’s call because people keep messing them up and doing drugs in them. Um…yeah bathrooms get dirty. It’s your JOB to clean them. You can’t close them because you don’t want to do your job.
As a matter of fact, if a business in Tulsa, Oklahoma advertises a restroom, they are generally required to provide a restroom accessible to customers, as advertising a feature that doesn't exist could be considered deceptive and potentially violate consumer protection laws.
I didn’t wait for the manager because I still had to pee really bad, but I did call corporate and I’m waiting on a call back…

Ladies in the pharmacy are always super nice , idk what all the other reviews are about yea when calling it can take awhile but I’ve never had a bad experience picking up my meds. Honestly reading the reviews you can tell who is making up lies and taking their meds too much in my opinion.

I have been getting my prescriptions from this store for a long time. At first they seemed to be doing their job very well, but lately I have encountered problem after problem!!! There is one medication that I need on time common also my doctor always sends a note requesting that they have this particular medication in stock. So that I won't have to go without and suffer from debilitating pain. I'm in a wheelchair and my ailments causes chronic pain!!! This is probably third time that I have had to wait on this particular medication. Going without this medication can be fatal!!! They are aware of this but their staff is very rude disrespectful, and don't seem to care!!!! I have been waiting on this medication for 3 days and every time I call I have to wait for at least 2 hours before anyone answers the phone!!! Once they do answer phone, they become very irritated and you can hear it in their voice, they keep telling me that they have put any order for this particular medication!!! The pharmacist said that it hasn't been coming on delivery truck I asked her how she contacted the delivery company to see what the problem is.? But she said that they do not call delivery, which sounds Ludacris!!!! She also told me to tell my doctor to have me take some other medication in its place!!!! I have called corporate for 3 days now and nothing has been done!!!! Also their pharmacists change like night and day!!!! The only reason that I have been dealing with them, is because they're close to my home and I'm in a wheelchair, and I have to have someone to pick it up!!! I think it's a shame how they treat customers!!! Also lying on my doctor can get them shut down!!! Pharmacies are supposed to be professional and take the needs of customers seriously!!! This particular store will shut down whenever it wants to. There's been times where the drive-thru is completely full!!! Because my PCA always tells me and she said they are very rude every time she goes to pick up my medicine!!!! I just wonder what would happen if I was to die from withdrawals? I believe it would be a huge lawsuit!!! That would be exactly what they deserve, well I could go on and on about the service and the rudeness of the entire pharmacy employees!!!! So if you can find a new pharmacy I say please do so because these people don't care at all. There should be an investigation in which I'm going to check into it. Because they need to have consequences for their behavior and actions against customers!!! Like I said the pharmacist was rude and terrible acting. I truly don't believe that she ordered my medication last week!!!! Because it would have arrived sometime this week in order for me to have it on time. So to all you who know how to pray, please pray for me and in the meantime the Lord will handle them with the consequences that they deserve...

I called Walgreens at 9 AM to request a medication delivery. After waiting until 3 PM with no updates, I called back to check on the status. I was placed in the queue as caller #3, but what should have been a quick call turned into 1 hour and 25 minutes of holding...only for them to hang up on me. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Walgreens needs a much better system in place for handling calls and improving customer service. Patients rely on timely medication and efficient communication, and this experience was far from it.

This pharmacy is the absolute WORST one there is everyone in this pharmacy needs to be FIRED it is absolutely ran unprofessionally it’s the closest to my house but I use the one on 15th and Lewis bc they’re way better and more efficient

The shelves are barely even stopped and not only that I want to go use their Western Union and they need to update their machine I was unable to receive my money there had to go all the way to reasor's in order to receive my money because an option wasn't available it kept telling me that I exceeded my limit of money amount of money to be received anyway that being said. Update your stuff!

It's really disappointing to have our prescriptions sent her by our doctor and normt get them in a timely matter norget a call to at least let us know what's going on. My 90yrs old mother has COVIDand a time sensitive prescription was sent 3days ago and still know word. I know have it same scription sent no word COME ON WALGREENS YOU CAN DO AND CARE MORE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS😠😠

Terrible service, rx was sent for my daughter for infection 3 days ago and is not ready yet, I called to check status and whoever answered said it should've been ready yesterday she put me on hold to check why it wasn't, somebody else picks up the phone and we start over, person completely rude, and she said they take 3 days to have rxs ready, I said well I wish you guys would've let me know the day the prescription was sent and she even said well I'm letting you know now. Definitely understand why they've been very close to closing this pharmacy a few times. Last time I use this pharmacy for sure.

We moved here, tried to transfer medication for my autistic child.... received a text that medicine was ready for pickup, employee was most insulting because I had not been there before. She was asking questions that I've never had to answer before at ANY pharmacy, then she tells me after answering all of her questions that I cannot get my child's medicine until the 4th of July holiday is over....I left without my child's medicine so sad/frustrated/angry in tears....my baby needs the medicine to help them/ our family and after receiving a text that my child's medicine was ready for pickup this employee told me my child could not get medication.
