The staff members were really efficient in their work. They knew what to do. I had to cancel my order, and re-order it to get the promo, and they were really patient, and got my order ready pretty quick. Best Walgreens experience I have ever had. Thank you so much for doing your work just right. I was already tired, and wanting to go home, and your service made my day. All the staff members were really polite, and nice.

I had a prescription to pick up and needed to ask about one that was on hold. I spoke to the pharmacist about that one. She took time to check why it was on hold. She explained which was really her giving me added information that I needed to know. This discussion then enabled her to fill the prescription. She also saw another prescription had been called in and asked if I wanted to fill it right then. Which I appreciated.
Overall it was a good visit.

I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to the pharmacy about a notice on my app which said to call the pharmacy. After getting to talk to the employee she asked me to hold because the screen wasn’t loading. And then proceeded to have me on the phone while she checked out 10+ other customers. I finally spoke up & she put me on hold with music. After this prescription, I plan to transfer to Reasors or Walmart. Walgreens’s customer service has diminished entirely.

Was just informed that because I only take 1 medicine a month walgreens will no longer refill it. I have to have more than 1 maintenance med a month to fill there.

I was having some difficulty getting some medication that I’ve been on for a long time. And the pharmacist at the 31st and Harvard location went out of her way to make sure I got my medication including making sure it got delivered to me and that everything was correct. I’ve used this location for a long time, and I really appreciate the pharmacist going out of her way to help me. It meant the world to me That she made sure I didn’t have to go one more day without my medication

Rude staff here. They were acting like asshats to my Uber because they were about to close. Like get a real job then instead of working retail. 😒

Consistently slow service and mostly rude employees. Unfortunately, it seems that is the case at all Walgreens. I would not recommend any Walgreens.

I love this store it’s convenient and has all my health care needs and!! Snacks too! I’ve been a customer for over 20 yrs!!! And will never stop going to Walgreens!!!

This is my go-to Walgreens pharmacy because of their polite and friendly staff, and typically short wait times. I try to avoid going to pick up a prescription here when they would normally be busy because they do get backed up, but it's nothing unusual for a pharmacy.

Can't get a paper receipt anymore and they sent my receipt to the wrong email and told me there's nothing they could do about it. Also the pharmacy tech was very very hateful. Won't be spending another penny at this sh!thole.

On 7/31/24 I went to my local store at 31st and Harvard in Tulsa, Oklahoma to pick up prescriptions for my wife. I chose the drive through and got in line at 4:00 PM. There were three cars in front of me, one of which was at the window. They left shortly after I arrived but we didn't move after that for a little over thirty minutes. It took about nine minutes after that before I was waited on. Then they told me I would have to go up front because her volume of pills won't go through the tube. After four minutes of waiting, I had enough and went inside to retrieve my identification and her prescriptions. There's something seriously wrong with their way of treating their customers. Without us they would cease to exist.

Wow this place is bad! Stay away. I got shorted a lot of medication and no one could figure it out. Not the tech or the pharmacist! I tried calling 3 times to see what was going on and I was plced on hold and then hung up on. Finally just went back in person and got it resolved without an explanation or apology. I guess it doesn't really matter since I will never use a Walgreens pharmacy again! They don't care about their customers or patients.
