Pharmacy staff could use a refresher in customer service

I love this pharmacy. I recently switched over to them from the Lewis and 15th location because they are so much more fast, efficient and friendly. They are closed on weekends but it's totally worth it for the overall better experience.

If you go in and there's a portly fella wearing a mask behind the register; go elsewhere.
I stopped in, hoping I wouldn't be subjected to the putrid aroma of sweat and unwashed skin, but I had to persevere, and suffer his slept in, sweaty, wrinkled CVS shirt. I needed Mac & Cheese.
This man went from one person in line, to 7 in line, in the time it took to ring up someone's ice cream, cigarettes and gum. He waited until the last person was out the door before ringing ilyp my single box, and it seems that $5.19 subtracted from $20 hurt his brain, sp badly that he just tossed my change on the counter instead of my outreached hand.
Dorian is not someone who should be customer facing in any establishment. Especially one where people go to find remedy for an illness - not catch a new one for which there's likely no cure.

Had to call the pharmacy and she asked for the phone number to my other pharmacy. I literally said give me one moment while I retrieved the phone number and kid you not, not even 30 seconds later she hung up on me. Not only that when she first answered the phone she was super rude but when i called back after she hung up on me someone else answered and they were also rude. literally my FIRST interaction with them and they were extremely rude.

I’ve experienced multiple issues at the pharmacy due to having a common first and last name, including being given the wrong prescriptions on two separate occasions—errors I had to catch and correct myself. Today, I was given incorrect information, which resulted in an unnecessary $40 expense. Additionally, the staff member with long gray hair working around 5:00 p.m. was noticeably unprofessional, speaking to me in a curt manner and giving disapproving looks.
On a positive note, I did speak with a kind and attentive manager who listened to my concerns and assured me they would be addressed. I also want to commend the cashiers, who consistently provide excellent service and make me feel valued as a customer.
That said, I’m increasingly frustrated with the overall treatment I’ve received at this location and hope these concerns will be taken seriously. Looking at leaving Walgreens altogether.

The very first review I see is about this cashier Dorian, and wow! I'm wondering how someone who is apparently just a rude, miserable guy still employed there. I had my encounter and can't say anything that hasn't been said. That 2 star rating is definitely earned, keep it up Walgreens.

Wanting to get some allergy medicine press the button had the announcer say it about three times over the overhead and after about 15 minutes of waiting, I had no help. I eventually went to the cashier which she told me there was nothing she could do because she had no key and no way to reach her manager so I waited for another 10 minutes and eventually he came over to unlock the box I said hey man, it looks like you finally got here which he gave me some attitude and said oh I’m busy man whatever I took my stuff to the front to cash out and the cashier didn’t even wanna acknowledge the fact that I was there When I told her to have a nice day, she ignored me and walked away, absolutely rude people and ignorant people that worked there will not come back hopefully management is replaced

The front cashier Dorian is the worst, poor customer service and is very rude. Have had several experiences with this same cashier on various occasions. He needs to be fired!!! If it was for the fact of this being g close to me and convenient for me to run into at times, I would NEVER. I'm a former Walgreens manager out of Edmond, Ok and I here is no way me nore any of the other managers would tolerate this type of poor and rude customer service.

The best way to tell if any Walgreens location is open is to physically go to the store and try to go in. If the door opens then they’re probably open, if the door doesn’t open then they’re probably closed…As for the pharmacy….that’s a whole different story, I think all the Walgreen’s pharmacies permanently closed about 2-3 years ago. Good luck

The most absurd environment I've encountered. I'm 53, I look every day 53. But Walgreens seems to think that the state of Oklahoma knows my age better than me. I was not allowed to purchase cigarettes because I don't have an id. I don't have an id because I've paid off two and our lovely state employees have yet to send one successfully. I'm not paying for a another id. Walgreen can simply bite me if they think they can force me to show id. I'll simply go somewhere else. You should do so as well.

Placed on online order for photos, and they turned out great. Went to pick them up, and the staff was very friendly.
