It takes 2 days to get someone to answer the phone here. Honestly just use Walmart pharmacy. Everytime I try to use Walgreens especially this location I have to overcome multiple hurdles just to get my meds. Oh yeah and the hours are wrong. Never again will I use this Walgreens.

I have lived near this Walgreens for almost 6 years and just recently started using the pharmacy for my prescriptions. It takes FOREVER to get anyone on the phone. I have been waiting to speak to someone for 30 mins and still waiting… it’s 4:32 close to this locations closing time and I’m urgently needing my prescriptions that was called in by my doctor around 11am.. mobile app is saying in process.. and if there is a problem with my meds, I haven’t been contacted. This is insane that it’s very inconvenient to speak to someone. I’m highly upset.

Store management and the corporation suck. While I’m not angry at the employees, don’t expect anything to be done correctly or efficiently. They are short staffed and not paid enough and burnt out. You will not get what you need and if you do, you’ll be waiting a long time. They can’t care about us because their employer does not care about them and it shows. I will be having my future prescriptions sent else where.

They call3d me saying script was ready for pick up but when I arrived they denied even contacting me said they didn't have it and didn't no when they would get it and while standing there they text me saying they are filling right. Told me it wasn't there problem and I was rude.

I got in line at approximately twenty minutes after two this afternoon with five people ahead of me and three people behind me and was heading out of the store with my prescription in hand at two thirty two. Great service !

Worst Walgreens in Tulsa! If you call you could wait up to an hour and they still won't pick up the phone.You have to call the store manager and have the pharmacy paged. Staff is rude as is the pharmacist and she refuses to fill RX on written scripts if Dr. signs in a different color ink even after speaking to Dr directly on phone. I've waited a month for my refill and they just tell me to call elsewhere like "too bad so sad- deal with it." I'm 100% switching to CVS.

This is the second time I've used this Pharmacy and I'm mad at myself for giving it a second try. The first time it took them a whole day, and this time I've been waiting 2 days for my prescription to be filled.. take my advice and go elsewhere!

Absolutely the worst Walgreens in Tulsa. The pharmacy technicians don't care about their jobs and hate their life and are making life harder for actual patients who have health and mental health disorders. Walgreens corporate should really look further into this store and the atrocious reviews and either close the store, or retrain EVERYONE. Making women leave the stores in tears due to gross negligence is not the way any company should want to be represented

I don't think I've had a singe experience with the pharmacy where things have gone correctly. There is no reason to have this many technical issues. Ive defaulted to going inside and there's always several others that are having the same technical issues. I was even deined an emergency refill after I received a message that my medication was ready and it wasn't. I'll be switching pharmacies. Don't waste your time with Walgreens.

The Walgreens brand has lost its ability to ensure my confidence in the quality of it health products. I've had to return more than one item due to poor construction or features that were bogus (i.e., 19 dollar dry-moist heating pad translated to spritz water on cover).Made in China.This location seems plagued with unreliable staff that do not grasp the concept of great customer service builds your business. Perhaps, they care little about serving the public...

Terrible issues regarding the pharmacy. Long waits even when there is not a line, things are never in stock: I've had prescriptions sent here from my doctor and they either lose it or tell me it will be there in a week and when I check back it is once again delayed for another week. This doesn't even include the time they tried to give me someone else's prescription.

This is by far the worst Walgreens in Tulsa. The pharmacist is incompetent, does not fill prescriptions correctly, does not answer questions nor helps customers. She needs to be fired and replaced. The pharamcy techs are the worst also. Just complete trash here. Like other reviews have said before they are not that busy to be acting in this manner they simply do not care. Worthless
