The employees were friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and organized. An employee from another department helped me find what I needed in the pharmacy and the pharmacist supplied what I needed. The lady at the checkout, Sharon, called for help to carry my purchases to my car. The manager loaded them to my car. I am a satisfied customer.

I disagree with anybody's low rating of this world because of the yevett She is the sweetest most helpful cashier I have ever met and she honestly helps me out more than I can say today and definitely made me believe a some good People still out there

Very rude employees and management. Waited several minutes to ask a question but they were to busy talking to even acknowledge me, and when they finally did it was no help with what item I was asking about.

Walgreens at 31 & Sheridan isn't bad place to shopping there! The reason I attending there all times cuz it's near to my home. It's easy routine there for my daily errand days! After all day of erranding & working then on way to home on same street where Walgreen is. I went there to get my medicines then grab drink & snack & little treat snack for my cat then go home to relax, it's perfect place near to apartment area :)

Seems like all the pharmacies now the Walgreens that are supposed to be open till 10:00 or not open till 10:00 they're all closing hours early just the other day 21st and Utica didn't open it all because they didn't have a pharmacist it's a real hindrance whenever you have your medication sent to a pharmacy where there is no pharmacist and you have to have it that day seems like they're going out of business yikes

This pharmacy has gone down hill in the last year. I received a text and voice mail message that my prescription is ready. I get there to pick up, it is not ready. This is the 2nd time this has happened. If you can fill your prescriptions elsewhere, do. I will be using a different pharmacy after the debacle today.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered! The front cashier, his name starts with a D and he wears glasses, is SO RUDE. I’ve gone into this location twice and both times had a problem with him. When I was checking out, there was an issue with the digital coupons so I asked him to call a manager and he said “I don’t know what to tell you. I can’t help you and I’m not calling anyone else too.” Then he refused to load money onto my cash app account.

Don't plan on receiving your prescription the same day. If there is any delays they do not communicate this to you. It's faster to drive to the pharmacy and wait in line than to call them. I had a 20 pill prescription sent over before noon. No updates so waited in line and found out 30 minutes before closing they were too backed up to fill it tonight. Asked to transfer to a 24 hour location. Checked and they didn't and still had a hold on it! If corporate reads this I don't need a call but to communicate to those who need medication times. If you can't handle the volume cancel your contract with BCBS as this is the only reason I use Walgreens.
