Do NOT use this store for your holiday mail-for-me products! Staff and management at this store do not listen, do not care, and are irretrievably stupid. I ordered mail-for-me Christmas cards through the website on Dec. 12, (which I’ve done for several years) and got a shipping notification that they were sent on the 13th. But over the next 4 weeks, when they never showed up for my family members, after 4 phone calls with the store, and multiple emails with corporate, they were STILL sitting on their counter Jan 6, where I had to pick them up myself, as the staff still acted confused, claiming they “don’t DO” mail-for-me.

The pharmacy is a joke. Went in three different times today according to the pharmacist at the times that my prescriptions would be ready and then they still are not ready. Pretty much so frustrated. I'm about to call my doctor to have them send the prescriptions to a different place

The Walgreens at 15th and Yale cannot keep their pharmacy open because they are understaffed. Ordered prescriptions 4 days ago went in the next day to pick them up and pharmacy was closed due to short staff. Went in the next day and only one was filled. Went in yesterday they were closed again, went in this morning, still closed so I guess they will just hold my prescription hostage? Very unprofessional that they would not try to rectify this situation.

The pharmacist did an amazing job making it simple for me to get my daughter's medicine. They actually called the other Walgreens pharmacy to let them know they were filling the prescription instead of making me go back to the ER and have the Dr cancel the order.

This is now my favorite Walgreens to visit. The store is always so clean, and the new manager is a sweetie! She’s always so helpful. Best Walgreens!

I appreciate my recent experiences at this store. This location has been right around the corner from my house for years and the customer service, even just the appearance, has drastically improved in recent weeks. Whatever Walgreens is doing, keep it up!

There is a middle aged black woman of medium built who is possib le either a store manager or a shift lead who is incredibly rude. No way of identifying her by name since she wasn't wearing her name tag or badge like other employees. During previous trips to this store I have noticed she tends to be nice to certain customers and not so nice to others. She has either not aknowledged me before when I come in the store and say good morning to her with a smile or ask for a price check. Today I went to the store to see if an item that I found at another Walgreens was also on sale there. I said good morning to her and brought the item to her for a price check. First of all, her tone of voice was mad almost scolding me for asking for a price check. She was like "So you see the tag with the price there and you are still asking me for a price check?" like I'm trash or something. I kindly explained to her that Walgreens is notorious for having unmarked clearance and I just wanted to check. She then took off to look for her price check cellphone device without saying anything and came back to show me that it wasn't on sale. I thanked her. There was another staff member there. A young woman and I could tell that even she felt uncomfortable by the way she talked to me. Then I grabbed other items and went to check out. I had a coupon that another store gave me. The young lady scanned it and it came as invalid. Then this woman said that it had already been used as it was showing up as invalid. I told her that it wasn't, but that was okay. Like I wasn't been humiliated enough she was making passive aggressive remarks that I was trying to use a coupon that had already been used. I am not coming back to the store when this person is there. I am a customer and spend my money there. I deserve to be treated with respect even if I ask for a price check. It is not my fault that they do not have price check machines which have become standard in most stores now a days. Lady, if you hate your job and customers that much just quit.

Seriously I have gone multiple times to pick up my prescription and they have been closed. I get extremely sick when I miss my medication and I have now missed it for two days. Don't recommend this locations pharmacy.

My special needs son and I were stuck at home w/ Covid and I had to send my son’s father ( we’re separate households)into the store w/ a screenshot ( pic) of the medication we needed. He’s fluent in spoken English but struggles w/ reading . Anyway he gets me on the phone and I overhear a worker refuse to confirm that the item he had was the item in the pic - saying that was between him & the person on the phone. He did eventually find someone to help pick the right bottle. Later at the checkout line the same worker tried to prevent him from using my rewards account, saying “ We don’t let Doordash do that” when I piped up and said he’s not Doordash she snapped at me and said “I’m not talking to you” I’m absolutely disgusted by this treatment. Regardless of wether a person is with doordash or a parent going after an urgent need for a sick kid they should never be treated so rudely or with such callousness.

The pharmacy is only open until 6pm now?? Why even staff a pharmacy at this location if it’s only open during the week, regular business hours, AND closed for a lunch break?? Seriously what’s the point?

Today I was in this store to buy some products. Marsha was at the counter moving extremely slow. Wasn't even very friendly. She rang up some items and before paying I noticed one of my items was rang up twice. I said "you rang that up twice" she said "and I removed it" in a very condescending tone. Later on this evening, I reviewed my receipt and found she in fact, did ring my item up 2x. So I went back into the store; the initial interaction was us walking into the store where Marsha was setting in a chair and not even getting up to meet us at the counter. We tried explaining to her the error and she kept arguing. So Nate, a supervisor, came up to the counter and as I was speaking to him she started telling me to calm down and to act like an adult. Nate did not tell her he was handling it. Marsha finally walked away to the other counter and said "this is in your hands now". Nate figured out the issue and handled it fast and easy. I told Nate, he should tell her to listen to her customer and maybe even apologize to her customer when she makes a mistake. While others were in line she said and "you need to calm down" and became argumentative. I told them both, I have every intention on calling the GM- Kyle tomorrow and corporate. Marsha yelled and argued in front other customers at around 9:15pm or maybe later all the way till I left the door. And said "I hope you do call and complain". I will consider moving my Rxs and buying my medical supplies at another pharmacy.

If Marsha rings you up double check the receipt. Cuz when we informed her she made a mistake she in a very condescending tone said she fixed it. Then getting home and receiving my digital receipt shows that I was correct and she did not fix it correctly. So when we went all the way back to resolve the issue she argued with me on what I purchased and. Didn't want to listen to what I was saying. It eventually got fix with the help of a manager but ad I was expressing how she was behaving she chimes in with little remakes ftom a different area. There are many Walgreens and I will not be e using this one because of the way she speaks down to guest.
