Why can't CVS pharmacy display the correct hours of operation? This location and the store on Aspen in Broken Arrow are showing pharmacy open 12 AM To 6 PM. WRONG. Maybe someone doesn't know how to tell time. It's not open at 12 AM , which is MIDNIGHT. It's probably meant to be 12 PM which is NOON. It's already bad enough pharmacies are abandoning patients by cutting staff and cutting pharmacy hours, now these people can't even display accurate information. Extremely unhelpful.

After dealing with a horrible situation at the garnet location I tried to call ahead to this location to find out if they had a medication I needed. I spent 15 minutes on hold while I drove to the location which is a little longer than normal but once I got there and went inside and waited my turn in line to ask them about the medication they should have had two or three boxes of basically got laughed at like I was insane for thinking they would have it. Didn't offer to check any other locations didn't offer to check for any alternative dose sizes basically just good luck bye.

I’ve been trying to make this pharmacy work for years, and it doesn’t work. They are very understaffed. Hours for the pharmacy change constantly, never open 24hrs. Nobody answers the phone, ever - you will likely have three callers ahead of you waiting. They can’t even complete transfers timely. And this is after calling and even faxing! Your best bet when there is an problem is to go in person, which sucks. It is also rare to see medicine filled same day. All these things and more make getting meds here a NIGHTMARE. If you are out of a med or need something fast, it’s not going to happen. I also find most of the staff rude here and the prices in general are outrageous. This includes the retail price of their pills. Please consider a new pharmacy and don’t put yourself through the repeated hell I’ve endured.

Went around 1am the older lady with the short hair and looks native is very rude needs to learn her walgreens policy regarding phone numbers while purchasing my items older lady very rude!!!!

it really sucks whenever you get released in the hospital early morning and you go to the advertise 24 hour Walgreens that is also your regular Walgreens but when you get there they’re closed. Just sucks when you’re paying for an Uber to get there and back and it’s Over 10 bucks just for 2 miles making me have to choose between medication for the injury I have or paying for a trip to go to the doctor for this injury. Oh boy lol, ain’t this about a pickle lol

Staffing shortages mean the pharmacy isnt actually open late. They close at 9 and my urgent care script wasn't able to be filled. Super frustrating

Photo department is of very poor quality. Ordered simple prints. Pictures printed were blurry. Several pictures cut out part of the subject that was photographed. Several of the photos were professional photographs but still were printed out blurry and discolored. Employee could care less when brought to his attention. Do not recommend. Waste of money.

I waited on hold for the pharmacy for one hour and twenty mins, never answered. For the last 45 mins it said that I was the first caller in line. Incredible, I understand that they are busy but if you can’t handle one phone call in 1:20 you need to do something different. I called and use the automated system first and it said that it had a problem refilling my prescription and sent me to wait for the pharmacist. Do better Walgreens.
