I commend the hardworking and friendly people in this pharmacy for their restraint and professionalism. Tonight, a couple in the drive through acted unbelievably entitled, holding up the line and monopolizing the employees, refusing to come inside, use the curbside pickup option, or even drive through the larger lane since their order was too large to fit in the vacuum tube canister. In a just world, this type of behavior would be rewarded with a one-way trip to the center of the sun, but the pharmacy team kept working the problem and providing excellent service. They have a tough job and deserve recognition and respect.

Shout out to the Pharmacy Staff on New Year’s Eve. Worked with both the inside staff in getting a new prescription filled. The staff were all more than helpful and very nice. This all happening while they were swamped being a 24/7 location. Thanks to all. Happy New Year.

Usually pretty decent, I'm here daily but serious question, why do they need to ID a obviously 44 year old man for a pack of smokes....this is just silly. I have tattoos older then the kid working that counter

The pharmacy staff here is garbage, including the pharmacy manager/pharmacist Camae.I requested a refill on my due Rx on the app. I called to understand the issue with my script being filled and spoke to a tech who placed me on hold to speak to a pharmacist on staff, she picked up my line again and said there was nothing she could do because my doctor needed to update my Rx. (My doctor has updated the dosage with the pharmacy already more than once). I then called my doctor to ask her to update what the tech said was needed. My psychiatrist called me the next morning stating that she had already done this but went ahead and resent the dose change. I called Walgreens again to let the pharmacy know, and the tech says I now must call my insurance to ask why they wont cover the refill. I called Soonercare and was told that this request for early refill due to dose changes was very common and Walgreens should be aware of this procedure. They also informed me that this procedure would take 24 hours once initiated. It would have been great if the technician and pharmacist I spoke to the day before would have taken the time to do this so that I would not be without my medication for multiple days.I decided that I would stop calling Walgreens to wait on hold for 20 minutes to speak to a less than enthused pharmacy tech who would refuse to actually do any digging or try to help a customer. I drove to the store to speak to a person. I arrive to the counter and the woman at the front was definitely not excited to help anyone. I was given to the pharmacist to speak to about this issue. I go through the story and she is completely uninterested in hearing what happened. She continued to say “I cannot speak on what happened yesterday, but you can call Soonercare to request an early refill”. The eye-rolling and lack of humanity in this pharmacist was honestly discouraging. Of course… she was the manager she states. I absolutely lost my cool. This medication is an SSRI and abruptly stopping the intake can kill me. I have been inpatient this year, and I do not want to get to that point again. This group of employees were incredibly terrible in patient care quality. All of this calling around and being YoYo’d around is absolutely ridiculous. I did my part as the patient, but I and my children and husband will be the one who suffers however that may be. Knowing how intensive pharmacy school is I would expect these pharmacists to understand the importance of taking medications as prescribed especially with serious side effects when stopped without weaning. The only people who offered any kindness at all were the store manager and the assistant store manager. They both seemed to have experience with compassion and offering some sort of empathy in the situation.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Manager is a moron. They don't want to admit fault. I have a child with numonia and they want to play games rather than their job. I will not be returning to this location again

When calling this pharmacy, you can expect to be on hold for a lifetime no matter what, no matter when. No other pharmacy takes such an outrageous length of time to answer. I know every single note of their hold music by heart, and its not a coincidence.

My favorite pharmacy! It's conveniently open 24 hours a day, and the pharmacy staff is the best in the city. Despite moving to Broken Arrow and having a 24-hour Walgreens nearby, I willingly make the 20-minute drive to this pharmacy because they're simply exceptional. No complaints.
