Terrible.....was told tye pharmacist was working on my meds when I arrived and told it would be ready in 15 minutes....approximately an hour and 10 minutes later.....and 4 trips to the counter....I finally had my meds. Why it took over an hour and 10 minutes to count 30 pills in one bottle and 7 in the other is a mystery to me. But I lost almost 30 dollars in ice cream an frozen food because of their lies on actually working on my meds. Don't trust them here. When I did get my meds. I told the pharmacist I didn't have time for a consultation because of them. They got defensive and said. We have protocols....well hopefully those protocols are not lying to the customer and telling them you are working on the meds etc. Oh wait. If it is you didn't follow that either. And if you need help counting to 30. There are plenty of kids in kindergarten that can take your place.

Never had one bad experience with this pharmacy. They are on top of all my meds and refills are done on time every time. They are very fast as well. The techs and pharmacists are very knowledgeable and super nice and kind. .

You actually get your meds at the drive-through quickly compared to other Pharmacies in Tulsa. You do not need special stunt driving skills to get through drive thru lanes without damaging a tire or fender or your nerves! The staff are friendly and speak clearly. The pharmacist at this location will actually come to the window and concisely and clearly explain important things about your new meds. (e.g., Don’t wash this pill down with wine!) If you can’t remember where the memory pills are, the staff will actually come out and help you find it! The inside window has fast service and is conveniently located between the restrooms and the wine aisle.

The employees (from the pharmacists to the cashiers) at this Walmart Neighborhood Market Pharmacy, as of today, are as good as it gets. The pharmacy itself is bottom of the barrel - mostly from screwed up records to faulty/obsolete computers, bad notification system, to just plain losing documents.

Does NOT notify when prescriptions are ready even if you have signed up to do so. Techs blame Walmart's "system" & tells customers to use automated system instead of calling. Tech's are friendly when everything is good but hateful when there is a problem - even when it's their problem.

They don't tell you when your prescriptions are ready. They change the rules and provide you contradictory information each time you go there. Some of the pharmacy technicians are incompetent.
