Another terrible experience at this Walmart: I tried to pay with Walmart Pay in the Walmart app, toggled the switch to pay with Walmart+ rewards and the rest on credit card; after processing, the cashier's machine said I owed another $1.58, which is precisely the amount of rewards I was trying to apply to my purchase. She had no clue what was going on and had to call over a CSM to assist. Only then did he say that this was some "nationwide issue". Would you not think to inform all cashiers of this problem at start of shift to avoid such lengthy, awkward encounters at checkout?! What a waste of time! This cashier (nose-ring-sporting, pimple-faced girl in the garden center) just scoffed when I mentioned that my time is valuable. Will buy at Amazon or Lowe's instead.
UPDATE: still the same crappy customer service. Honestly a robot might have more personality and ability to do a cashier job.
UPDATE: Cashier supervising self checkout had no clue how Walmart Cash is used and couldn't be bothered to ask to find out. Some of the laziest, mist uneducated people work at Walmart!
UPDATE 12/16/2024: pleasant experience with a set of returns, Very efficient at customer service desk.

Cashiers are untrained, unavailable, and rude. There were not enough cash registers open, I waited in line for 20 minutes only to have the cashier allowed a customer to cut in front of me and the entire line behind me. I was late to work because of the lack of registers and terrible cashier service.

The door greeter Ryan is always so kind. He puts a smile on my face every time I enter this store and I just wanted to leave a good review for him!
I can’t remember this man’s name, I unfortunately didn’t look at the name tag, but if I’m in the area again and see his name I’ll change this! This wonderful man saw me standing for around 5 minutes waiting for help, he asked me if I pressed the button I told him I did twice but didn’t wanna annoying lol(I didn’t know if the button stopped beeping on the thing if that meant someone checked it) this sweet man saw me twice while he was doing his job, asked two separate times how I was waiting and then told me, “three times the charm’” and pushed it himself! It was awesome how someone finally came! That man made my day! He was super kind, super considerate and he knows who he is! I hope yall ask about him and that gentleman gets a raise! (Mind yall I had been there for around 10 and he started stocking items on a shelf and asked customers how they were and if they needed help)

This has always been one of my favorite Walmart's and it has been my preferred place to shop. The folks that work there are great from customer service to pickup orders & even delivery. The store is usually well-stocked and has a great selection as well.

Always extremely crowded, ad constantly harassed by door greeters when leaving. We try to avoid this Walmart because of this issue.

Worse experience ever. My husband was asked for an ID to buy cigars. He showed a Guatemalan ID and purchase got denied. He was upset of course. He is 26 yrs old!
