The point of having all the cosmetics locked up is super pointless especially when you have buttons that alarm the workers to come serve the customer and open the doors with a key ! I literally stood there for 30 minutes waiting on someone to come open the door for me to get a pack of eyelashes the manage Cory walked past with a Asian man that works at the door entrance and they did not help me because I’m black I’m so tired of these people in customer position being racist and chosen to be rude by there own person acts ! I will be complaining to corporate about this manner I’ve experienced several other incidents of racism i am a paying customer and I should treated with the proper amount of respect equally as everyone else walking through that door ! I had to leave the aisle and ask for help ! What’s the point of the workers if you can’t work to help a customer when they need it ! I can’t wait for robots to take over !

You have zero excuse for being closed at 11:00 PM on a Saturday...
The working class also wants to shop.
Do better.

Today I was checking out when I received a call about an upcoming surgery. Jeff came to the rescue recognizing I was anxious. He spoke to me about his own personal experiences with some of the same issues offering me hope through the situation. Thank you Jeff and thank you Lord for wonderful people in my path.

Staff is always great, but management seems to be either completely absent, or not paying attention to the customer experience.
They have been doing the longest remodel on planet earth, for the smallest changes they could possibly make. Instead of leaving the aisles exactly as they were — which could have been done very easily — they decided to move everything in the store to a different location and not update any of the signs so that people know what they’re looking for. Need bottles of water? Sure, right under the “canned beans” sign. And if you ask a staff member about this they tell you it’s temporary, but they haven’t reverted any of these changes so far, and it’s been months.
Been shopping here for years but this has made me start shopping elsewhere.

Irene gets a 5 star review just for the instant help in and out of the store. She found a pallet of water she could sell as well as moved it to the van, Also helped me load it into my van. Absolutely outstanding job Irene, thank you!!!

Love my local Walmart Neighborhood Market. Bright, clean, uncluttered, and friendly employees.

The review is for their self checkout .Each visit requires numerous associate visits for items not scanned correctly. I started using hand scanner for ALL items now as it is more dependable and less chance of an associate having to check on you. Every person that goes thru the checkouts are on the radar as potentially stealing. An honest customer spending over $300 should not need 4-5 associate visits at checkout. Then card readers cannot read chip 50% of time when card works fine everywhere else. This never happens to me at Target, Reasors, Aldi, it’s always a Walmart, in particular THIS one on 31st Harvard. I have quit shopping at this location, and I know they do not care , will not miss my money, but it will make me happier which is most important, as anything to make dreaded full store day easier.

Associates are somewhat helpful, but often seem to be bothered by requests for help.

Extremely poor place. Expect to press the cosmetics button 10 plus times, wait 10 plus minutes, and finally have to chase a manager down yourself to get a $10 item from behind the glass.
