I have been working with Evan for 3 years now. I am not a young guy anymore but he always comes up with new and exciting ways to build muscle and more importantly pushes me to be healthy. He is very knowledgeable whether your a beginner or been at it by yourself for a while. Tell him your goal and he will get you there if your willing to put in the work! I couldn't be any happier with my trainer Matt! After a meniscus tear surgery he has helped me slowly get back into my work out routine. I highly recommend this extremely clean facility and wonderful working out environment.
