It's very difficult to make payments on a car loan. They make you jump through hoops online and there is no one you can talk to for help.

I have had nothing but problems since joining this bank repeatedly calling about issues everything from locking my account over a 13.02 transaction to them allowing scammers to use their financial institutions. At least at BOA my money was safe your money is not safe at this bank sad to say about one of the biggest financial institutions in the US. I have screenshots and notified the bank within a few hours of the problem while transaction was still pending I might add.

As much as Wells Fargo is known for its name, stay away from this organization. Wells Fargo has a big name and I believe they have worked hard to build it up. That time, however, seems to be long gone!!! Reputation is a renewing mechanism. I have been a WF client since 2009 when my car loan was bought by them. Paid! I got a second car and again they bought my loan! Paid! Then my mortgage was bought by them in 2012 with a 4.25% interest. Interest rates came down and I was flooded by offers to refinance my house, none from WF. Then I saw a timid question on WF website when paying my mortgage. Something like "thinking about refinancing contact us". I have sent an email requesting a phone call from a representative. I have never received that call! In the same night I requested WF I was contacted by an Amerisave representative. In the same night the representative gave me the interest rate plus all the costs I would have. I closed with Amerisave in about 15 days after their criteria documentation with a 2.25%. On top of that I have shaved off years of my original contract. A week after closing with Amerisave I received a letter from WF offering me something like 3%. Here is where I started waking up! Two Cars and a house financed with WF without a late payment was not enough for them to reconsider my refinance desire. Currently, I have one credit card debit and I got a Credit Card form from WF on my mail offering balance transfer. Contacted WF who asked everything, amount, company, SS# and "approved" the deal. After a week I got their worthless CC card on my mail box giving me less than half of the amount originally requested and "approved". A WF phone call came only after I called them searching for clarification and after trying to contact the representative who left me a voice. I literary called him precisely 19 times without an answer(no joking - I have it documented) I was sent to their credit card department for another unproductive, time wasting conversation. While is at the discretion of the creditor to give or not a deal, WF should have a least the decency to avoid sending letter or making verbal phone commitments that they cannot honor. Wells Fargo problem is not a "NO" is a "YES" when they should have said "NO" and then exposing you to a company that cannot be trusted. God forbid I need this company again. I am giving one star because there is not way to give them less they deserve none. Stay away from bankers/companies whose ethics are WF standard. The riview is not about Tulsa, is about WF.
