Beautiful furniture and home goods store. Lots of mid-century modern options. This location was in Tulsa. It was nice to see things in person. I liked the display set ups.There are lots of fragile, breakable items here and tight corners so it's not a good place to bring toddlers and strollers, in my opinion.

I'm so happy to have a West Elm here in town so I can make my online returns easily. Recently, I had an annoying encounter at my local store. I needed new throw pillows for the couch. I wanted these gold brocade ones. There were 8 on the shelf. At the register, they refused to sell them to me! Said they needed all the pillows to display in the store? Offered to order them online. Since then, it has been over a month. They have been backordered 3 times. They were right there; in my hands. Why couldn't I take just one home? What is the point of living near an actual store when I cannot just pop in and buy things right away?

DO NOT BUY FROMTHIS COMPANY??WORST COSTUMER SERVICE??THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVERI bought a Harmony sectional that was supposed to be delivered November 9. It is December 29th and the delivery was cancelled for the 4th time!!! Every cancellation has been without notice and when I tried to find out what happened, NO ONE KNOWS WHY IT WAS NOT DELIVERED.No one answers the phone at the warehouseand every time I call costumer service I get transferred at least to 4 different numbersThe new excuse is that one piece was mislabeled and won’t be available until the end of January. This time I called, again, and the guy that answer the phone was rude and unhelpful, he hung up the phone on me when I started asking questions

Customer service for Williams Sonoma/West Elm is the worst I have ever dealt with. For 7 months now we have received broken consoles....5 to be exact that show up on the truck broken. They don't even look. One had a QC sticker on the box that it was inspected that day and it was in 3 pieces when it arrived! This isn't a review of the tulsa store, but I wanted to warn people that if you buy something online or order from the store, you will deal with customer service and you will wait forever and they will never fix it. We also never received the hardware for the console either. RIDICULOUS. I can't describe all the things I hate about this company because they have 100% lost all credibility in my books. Worst customer service of any large company. And I LOVE their style, but will not support a company that can't support their customers who pay their bills.

We do not recommend ordering any furniture from west elm. In September, we spent 2200+ on two custom accent chairs. The original delivery date was December 18th. We were excited, right in time for Christmas. A week before the original delivery date, we received an email, stating the delivery date would be pushed back. We received MANY more emails, the date getting pushed back. We finally received our chairs mid March. After the chairs were delivered, we rearranged our living room, so excited, the chairs were beautiful. In the sun, I noticed a scratch in the chairs. I ran my fingers a long the scratch and it was deep, ON BOTH CHAIRS. My husband immediately called customer service. They told us they would replace the chairs with brand new chairs, but they won’t be delivered until August. We didn’t mind waiting until August but they wouldn’t allow us to keep the chairs that were damaged, due to company policy. We were not going to wait another 5 months for chairs, so we took the refund. First, my husband was on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes. That Monday, we received another email stating we would like a replacement. Umm no! He was on the phone for an hour, trying to get this issue resolved. A week later, we received a gift card in the mail for 233 and some change. We assumed the gift card was sent by west elm for our troubles. I was like, “wow! West elm’s customer service is top notch and was blown away!” (I ordered a planter) then a couple of days later, we received another gift card in the mail for 2,000. My husband called again, confused. The employee said that was our refund! NO! We didn’t want “gift cards” for our refund, I was LIVID! Our “refund” came in two separate gift cards. They refunded our 2,000 but was out 233 because I already bought a planter with that gift card. We will never do business with west elm again.

Worst customer service! I received a gift, and tried to exchange it. I was promptly told no. There was no courtesy, no kindness, just no. I was not asking for a refund, the item is brand new, in the box, and is a West Elm branded item. What happened to the days of Customer Service?! I will not ever shop in this store. It certainly does not follow the protocols of its higher end stores in the line of brands. I did reach out to the corporate website. One day I was told I needed the receipt, which of course, I do not have, since it was a gift, and a subsequent day I was told I would be provided a shipping a label to mail the item back to West Elm corporate, and would then receive a merchandise certificate. THEN, the next day, that offer magically disappeared, and a different customer service agent said no way. DO NOT SHOP AT WEST ELM.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees and manager were more concerned about discriminating against me, my husband, and 4 year old then they were about helping us find what we were looking for. The only reason I gave them one star is so I could leave a review.
