I bought a torque converter not even 6th months ago with a shop account and they couldn’t find my shop account needless to say and on top of that front counter help was nowhere to be found with 6 different customers waiting for help waited over an hour just to not be able to warranty out my torque converter and go somewhere else to buy a new one NEVER AGAIN will I ever use this company

I have done business with these folks for some years. Last two times I ordered a part for Nissan CVT transmission has been wrong seal. I just talked to a woman, she kept interrupting me while I was talking and actually hung up on me!!!!
