“In town this weekend visiting family and exploring some of the new areas. My friends had recommended Ike's in the Meadow Gold District because they know my love for testing the capabilities of my arteries. While meandering around I stumbled across Ella and Orchid, and knowing niece always expects Uncle Mike to deliver a gift I thought I'd check it out. This little gem was tucked behind Red Light Chicken and just off 11th. I have to say reviewing a Boutique would normally be off my radar, but with the help of Mari, the owner, and over an hour of some great conversation, laughs, and browsing my niece will be the best dressed kid at school this year. Thanks to Mari, you have a wonderful little shop and cool success story. Dallas Market in October!”

“I've come here a couple of times looking for a variety of clothes, like dresses, skirts, cardigans, a couple shirts as well. It's definitely one of my favorite thrift stores! It's very nice on the inside and the workers are super friendly and helpful! They sometimes have a small selection of clothes in my size, simply because it's a bit harder to get cute plus sized clothes from thrift stores, but I've never been disappointed! I always find something and they really do have such a cute, fun selection! Absolutely recommend! The clothes are very fairly priced and they have something for every aesthetic! ❤️”

“In the days of horrible customer service from so many companies, how refreshing it is to have an exceptional experience! I went to the LivyLu store on Saturday. I bought a couple of shirts while there, but one shirt I wanted was in their warehouse. Juliana asked me where I lived. I told her south BA. She promptly without reservation told me she would just drop it by my house on Tuesday on her way home, as she didn’t live far from me. I got a text from her this afternoon saying she would be by around 5:00 today. She then texted and told me it was on my porch! Can you just imagine a world with companies that took this much pride in what they do?
I will never stop shopping at LivyLu! Thank you for an incredible experience!”
“My husband bought me some birthday gifts, that unfortunately, were way too big. I had the receipt, original packaging/tags, and I was looking forward to exchanging it and buying more clothes. Your strict 14 day exchange/return window made that impossible. It’s actually a 10 day window since you’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. I left the bag of clothes with the really nice girl working as well as my name and number. I would still love to exchange them. I’m hopeful you will do the right thing by 1) changing your terrible exchange policy. 2) letting me exchange my items. Hope to hear from you soon.1/19/23I am updating my review like I said I would. The furrier, James is a craftsman who has created a number of items for me, both big and small. He carries a wide variety of quality pieces at different price points for fur lovers of every taste. “This is not a store I typically shop in, I had received a gift and wanted to make it even more me, Makenzie helped me and I feel she went above and beyond to fix my bracelet to perfection. “Their products are quality but they are expensive, but even their cheapest pants are comfortable. There are lots of options for pants and boots. I love the tactical gloves I got from them. I will buy the better pants eventually.”

I will not go to the Utica square location because the girl who answers the phone is disinterested in helping customers and would rather be on her phone. Sephora, as a whole, kept my business from going elsewhere for what I needed, entirely because of Sieh. I hope I spelled her name correctly. As I understand that there are no bonuses or commissions, if she asked me for a raise, I would give it to her.”
