It can be difficult to find a PSO who really cares about bowlers, rather than just making a sale. Austin is that guy. He wants to sell you a ball, but he wants it to be right ball for you and your game. He will spend the time to learn how you bowl, what hole you’re trying ti fill in your arsenal and he will check up on you ti see how it’s going and to give you the advice and help that you need. Hands down, XFrames is the best pro shop in Tulsa.

Bought a new ball at comparable pricing to online with the best part being, I did not have to wait! I feel confident they made a good recommendation to get me back into the swing of things since I haven't bowled in a couple of years due to health issues. They had the ball in stock and drilled it immediately. Took me longer to choose the ball, than for him to measure and drill. They also did more measurements to fit the ball properly to my hand based on two other ball purchases I made previously at another pro shop.

They are always helpful. Tracy even has come out to make sure the ball I bought was a good fit after a few throws and is was going the way I wanted. Austin is friendly as the best of them, and they seem to always remember a face even after the first visit.

They drilled a brand new bowling bowling ball for me. It was a little bit to loose in the thumb hole for me so I took it back and they fixed the problem at no cost. It's perfect a perfect fit now.
