My computer simply would not turn on either plugged in or not. I was afraid that it had died. I looked for a service that had a good rating. Xpress had the best reviews, and other customers had only good things to say about their experience. They had my problem solved quickly and very professional. Would use them again and I highly recommend them.

My email account had been hacked, and I no longer had access. This was disturbing, and I felt like I no longer had control over my messages. They were able to fix the problem and set up new security protocols, without having to uninstall and reinstall my email app. This was well worth the minimum fee.

Windows crashed on my computer and Xpress Computer Solutions solved the problem for me for a very reasonable price. They were able to get started on the fix immediately.

My cpu was over heating and Xpress got it taken care of as quickly as I could've expected, and they even replaced a few missing screws at no charge I would highly recomend them.

Windows 10 corrupted and crashed 2 days before Christmas. Xpress Computer Solutions came to my house on the 26th, had my computer for 4 days, ensured all hardware was functioning, reinstalled Windows, recovered files, and delivered it back to me on New Year's eve. I was up to date on the progress daily and got my computer back good as ever. I highly recommend XCS!
FYI, every time I called, they didn't answer right away, but always called back within 5 minutes. Don't think they're not answering if they don't pick up!

I am a computer enthusiast who built his own computer. I came in because of a BIOS issue that I couldn't fix with the tools I had. The only frustrating part of this entire experience was finding the location. They are inside a larger building and there's no clear signage that would indicate where they are. They are inside the building with HQ on the side. My technician, Jeremy, was very polite and asked what my problem was. I explained my problem and what I though the solution might be, he listened to me and agreed that it was likely and told me he'd start there. I was told it would be $59 for a technician's time, which for Tulsa is VERY reasonable. I was told at the time there would be no additional charges, and that was correct. Really the best value for purchase I've had with a computer repair shop. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and I know who I'm going back to.

Designed a logo for this company and this client never paid for the services. I strongly advise you NOT do business with this company. Serious lack of business ethics and communication skills made it very difficult to even work with him on the project....Then after I completed the project for him he did not pay for all the time and work I did for him.

Colt and his crew have the experience and attention to details to help you with just about any of your computer issues. If you're in their area keep their contact information in your address book. If you're not in their area, but need advice and remote services, same thing, put them your address book. At some point we all need an expert.
