My jacket was tagged with the wrong owner name and couldn't be found on pick up. Just a crazy mistake, I'm sure. The manager in charge promised to call when my jacket was found. I was still in my car when he came running out with my jacket.....and he would not let me pay my cleaning bill! Thank you Yale Cleaners on Peoria!!

Very unhappy. The whites are not really white and the ironing was done in a rush. I have a wedding and I discovered today as I was packing to catch my fly poor than the job is. It’s nothing I can do now or then then Jesi go with this poor quality job And my suit . The employees don’t really pay much attention and on top, they are overpriced charging me 3 to 4 dollars more than other places.

The redhead woman @41st and Harvard is exceptionally rude/non accommodating and just not nice at all…..My service there was already marginal where my shirt was missing had to come back again.” next day.They found it and gave it to me for free no Charge.Thks for that.The redhead there is almost offensive….Customer service is lacking severely in her resume she seems to need more training as we the customers are what keep this business going.Trust me expectations are already low due to life’s demands and trust we as the customer understand this as we are busy also ,but when u fall below that threshold.Then there is a problem.

Tonya and crew are absolutly wonderful . They are friendly and kind. Got my weighted blanket in and done at a great price. Tonya spent extra time to get it cleaned and extra time to get it dried and ready to travel and it came complete in a zippered, clean, heavy duty plastic cover. Tonya is my HERO!!- L.L. thankyou so much!!!

First time using this cleaner. Took a suit in with a heavy grease stain on the jacket. Rep immediately saw it and assured me they could get it out. Even after I explained how long the stain was there (1 week), she was very sure it could be cleaned. Ultimately, I said, "If you can get this grease stain out, Yale Cleaners has a new customer." To my surprise the suit was done the next day!! The stain was completely gone!! All I could do was smile at her and say, "You have a new customer!" Excellent job Yale Cleaners!!

Service is good . Kind of pricey & blast time I was there was a large construction trailer in the way & hard to see due to a rising sun. The construction cones were stored indoors - ended up doing $2,800 worth of damage to my car. Nothing they would or could do about it. Came out of my pocket and my insurance. If they had been responsible enough to have the cones out Id like to believe it wouldn't have happened. They sure hooked a Mac Truck up fast to the 30' trailer and got it out of there!
