The staff here are kind and patient, and very helpful. I forgot my wallet. Because life. And the man helping me was just super nice and told me it's okay, they hold people's clothes for awhile. So it was just a stress free experience.

Absolutely the worst service! Destroyed my shirt by breaking the top portion of the brooch that was attached to it. Also completely destroyed my suit jacket with new stains on the sleeves and stretched the inner lining of it. Not caring attitude at all!

First time using Yale Cleaners at this location. Don't bother coming here. I picked up my comforter and it smelled horrible. It's a chemical/ rotten smell- almost like the left it in the washer for a week or dropped it in chemicals. Very disappointed.

Clothes have horrible chemical smell. On their third reclean and corporate refuses to follow up. All I’m being told is they will reclean them. Do not use this company.

Clothes have had a horrendous chemical smell on them from multiple locations. I have a batch of items on their third reclean now that I just want cleaned and returned. Corporate does not return calls and no follow up to resolve other than being told they will clean again. So far that is not removing smell.

Drive through is backward. Makes no sense for me to lean across the car and try to talk to someone through the passenger window. When I pull in the correct way, so my window is right next to the store they always make me pull out and turn around. Even if I'm the only car. This bothers me enough to find another dry cleaner. Also prices are relatively high

It is really sad when people who hate being around people work in the service industry. Every time I go to this cleaners in the morning I have to deal with the rudest unfriendly person every single time. I even stopped going for a couple of months to see if things changed. Nope, She is still there and I hate going there. They have some of my clothes right now and I wish they would just send them to me, so i do not have to deal with this person. I also figured out that they charge me different prices for the same shirt, sometimes I got is $5 and others it is $7. WE have choices and i choose not and I hope you do not go to this location.

Great experience. Dropped off day before about 3pm. They were ready by 11am the next day. Attendants are very friendly and are qiuck to get you taken care of. Has a drive through service.
