About High Velocity Fitness & Apex Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
High Velocity Fitness & Apex Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers an excellent variety of equipment in a clean, not very crowded space with decent rates. The staff emphasizes cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. The owners are great and the people that frequent the gym are great, with a good mix of ages. The Apex center is also very enjoyable for teaching a child self defense.
Owners have always been accommodating, BJJ classes are top notch.
