If I could give a ZERO STAR I would! These people do not want to be bothered! They tell you... should have done it through the website! PATHETIC to think all they need to do is COLLECT your money! We have to CALL them every few months to catch up on payments because THEY do NOT know how to enter your CC info and then blame YOU!
Definitely taking our business somewhere else! Almost a year of this BS!

Don't bother trying to get ahold of anyone to get a storage or ask any questions. When someone did pick up they hung up right away and then wouldn't pick up again.
