Closed my grandmother’s bank account, where she gets her monthly social security checks, with no warning and gave no reason. Do not bank with them.

Have used this bank for many years. Professional, yet most of the people are genuinely nice, polite and helpful in their work and in their participation in the community activities.

Worst bank I’ve ever banked with. If you use mobile deposit don’t expect your check to be credited to your account any less than 5 days. & for the love of God do not send them a message on the banking app, they won’t even look at it. Don’t expect a reply.
