The store was busy with customers but had a fast flow both in line and at the pumps. The cashier made eye contact and conversation with everyone and thank yous for coming in and please come back sounds genuine ?

For some reason the new employees don’t like to answer the phone… ever… and when you ask in the store they feed you the “I had customers in my store” line of nonsense even though I called from the pumps and no one was there.
