RCB Bank in Chelsea is excellent and is client focused. Vinita branch is haughty and aloof. Choose carefully.

You guys are definitely not open in your drive-thru until 6:00! As you can see by the timestamp of my screenshot showing what your hours are online, it is not even 5:00. It's kind of hard to know when to plan to go to the bank when you don't keep the hours that you advertise.

Not very friendly at all. Doesn't seem like they want to do their job most the time. If they would actually care about pleasing their customers all would be good.
