“I was in the market for a 2005 or 2006 Jeep Wrangler. I live in OKC but saw one advertised by R & S on Craigslist. I was skeptical about buying from a small dealer that was 160 miles away, but drove up to Vinita to check it out. Ronnie, the owner, was very friendly and stayed open late for me when I got stuck in traffic in Tulsa. He had assured me over the phone that the Jeep was great and he was right. I love it. I also had a title issue that was not the dealer's fault. I'm Military and registered my Jeep in Alaska where I am a resident. I called Ronnie a couple weeks after the sale and he bent over backwards to help me out even though he had done everything right initially. Alaska was the problem. That included tracking down the previous owner and driving out to their house to get them to sign something and then sending it certified mail to Alaska. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and quite a few from various dealerships. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with any dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with R & S.”

“I went to get car serviced. The young guy behind counter was very courteous. I was suppose to have an appt. at 10am, but they didn't take it to garage until 10:25 am. Also when scheduling appt.for service, no one in the service dept. answers the phone. The 1st time I called 7 times, a sales associate went to the service dept. to answer the phone. This last time I called twice and finally someone answers. Overall the service went well except not on time and service not answering the phone.”
