a huge plus is how clean the salon is. all tools are carefully sterilized and the space is always neat and tidy. this makes me feel completely safe when using their services. excellent service combined with safety is what I always look for

No respect for your time.
We made 2 appointments for pedis at noon. Walked in at 11:50. Place was packed. We told them we had appointments at 12. They were just starting on people. We did not get started until 12:35 and 12:40. Completely unacceptable.
When I told him at checkout that we would not be back, he said “We were busy.” I replied, “That’s why we made appointments.” The response is just smiles.
In addition, you pick a color from the color choices they give you, and then they say, “Pick another color”.

The workers aren't getting a hourly wage & work on tips after last week. So you get to hear how the owners try & take their tips so I gave a 45 dollar tip cash for the worst pedicure I've ever had..When it came to the hot stones the girl said they are too hot & she used the used wet towel she had wrapped my legs in to hold the stone..So I had a semi warm stone with a wet dirty towel slapping across my legs..This worker had been in and out of jail mad she wasn't getting a hourly wage anymore.Then they have a package with a hand and neck massage.. I said I will try..The worker let me know she had no training in giving a massage & would lose her license if she rubbed on my neck or hands..So she was too scared to tell her lady boss..So at the register I told that boss as she was doing nails on a customer..So I still need a good pedicure & will go to another town where adults work.. I work hospice and a ton of hours so I needed the relaxation and all I got was feel guilty for this worker with kids giving bad pedicures . That place is hot mess express. Also heard how they had a drunk customer bring in 2 beers & I don't think that is allowed.They served her wine & she left came back with 2 more beers so I was told I couldn't have a glass of wine that lady ruined it for everyone..I tipped big because she told me she had only made 6 dollars on a eyebrow wax. She had kids and needed the money.I get it.Nice girl but she needs to be trained.She was more worried about her long nails than my feet.Also when they set your feet under that thing that dries then in 3 minutes the girl hits your wet toes with the machine every time.Just get your shop together.Instead of the men setting on their cel phones try training these new graduates of cosmetology. I won't be back the girl had no idea how to run it.Said just hit buttons and the cushions are cheap I felt it's hard on my bottom..Just don't waste you're hard earned money in that unprofessional place.

Absolutely love this nail salon and spa. Very friendly workers and they make you feel welcome.
They take time on your toes, nails and eyebrows.
For 3 years this is the ONLY place I have used.

It was my first ever pedicure. They did a great job. The chairs massage you while they work, and then they massage below the knee and your feet. I didn't know there were different levels of pedicures. Very nice facility.

Clean. Only one person out of 4 spoke English.The guy that did my nails did a terrible job. He had to keep stopping and shake the polish. That told me it was old..it went on terribly. He didn't put the dryer on my toes. He Put my flip flops on and messed up 3 toes .he tried to fix them but that made it worse. Horrible job!!! No shine like they should.I drove 20 min to go there, won't go back! Been to many nail places in our travels and this is the worse!!!!Don't waste ur money!

This is the second time I have used their service. I am highly disappointed. I just got my nails done 3 days ago and they are already chipping, cracking. The same thing happened the first time. They tried to make it right but I had the same problem. They charged me $60 for the dip. I will not go back.Services: Manicure
