They were absolutely amazing in every aspect. We were not hounded constantly. We told them what we were looking for and they helped in every aspect for us to be able to get exactly what we wanted. Ed is our salesman and I could not say enough great things about him!! We love him and the dealership for all they have done for our family. So happy and proud of our new vehicle. We will be returning customers for years to come!

They both were outstanding with service from the beginning. I was working in South Dakota, had an issue with my new truck and they went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Kevin Grover and each time was about as pleasant and experience as you can have spending that much money. I am not a fan of buying vehicles up until KG I always felt like I was getting taken advantage of. The sales staff at KG does everything they can to give you the vehicle you want at the price you offer. We are to the point now that I can call Randy C. tell him its time to buy a truck and they know what I want and what I don't down to the color. The only small complaint I have is with the service department. Let me explain, they do great work at reasonable prices for a dealership but if you have an emergency repair that you are in a hurry, and don't have an appointment, they have a hard time accommodating you. Here is my example I had both head lights go out at the same time. If you have changed head lights in new trucks you know how hard it is for an individual. I called explained the situation and we were looking at 2 days before they could get me in. Emergency situations like that are the exception and not the rule but I would have thought they would find a way to take care of that. Other than that when you schedule an appointment to have work done they get you in and out as quickly as possible and still do great work. The sales staff and the service staff are great to work with and do all they can to let you know it is a privilege for them to get your business and do all they can to make it a great experience.
