My 70+ mother had a small unit here for ten plus years, we asked if we could end service before payment due date. We lost key asked if he would drill out lock 15 fee. Okay I said but he couldn't get to it today. He made a date and time for me to call him and meet him. He was not there he told me to call his receptionist Monday. Went I called she had stated he said we would have to pay the full rent. (45$ I know its the point) Mind you we asked before due date. Point one. It's only trash we just wanted to go thru it to make sure nothing was missed. Point two. Last point but my most misunderstood is customer service after ten years
At 45$ a month for 10+ yrs and to ask to clean and go thru we were just trying to be cool and not leaving a huge mess. Most item were damaged beyond reclaim because of mice an weather anway... Wow I'm floored I don't want to pay or another dime out of spite. It's definitely not worth my or her time we got all pictures and Salvageable items months ago. I would look somewhere else before I got service with this person.

This was as good a storage place as we could find for price and convenience during a move. We had two units here at one point. We needed to access our units constantly over a period of weeks at various times during our move and transition.
