God help this company if any competition came into the area. This charade of a Power Company can’t even keep the power on during a wind/rain storm in OK and now during the peak heat they’ll charge us extra. (Even if you have a PASSIVE HOUSE DESIGN!) 3-7pm WOOOOOOOW! Your putting a new building right on 49!!! You don’t need the extra money! Do what’s right by your customers!

They are usually pretty fair with their billing and prices. If you get a cutoff they will usually extend it for you. We rarely have electrical problems. If we do it's usually during a storm or strong winds. The longest we have had to wait for them to get it back on is 3 hours and that was because of down power lines.

We've been with Cotton Electric since 1977. They have outstanding service and provide a quality product. Very fairly priced. Wouldn't ever change even if we could.

Terrible services. The website can’t upload documents. Not compatible for certain devices.During the pandemic, they make people go into the office physically sign paperwork. What happen to Docusign?

My first call was on or around the 28 May - 01 June 2021. I called to cancel the service. I was told by the representative that everything would be canceled and it was not. I asked for a confirmation number and your company does not give confirmation number for cancellation. This is unacceptable and things need to change. We are human and we make mistakes. If there was something in place so this would not happen again your company would be a better company. I spoke to Ms. Tanya today and she made sure it was noted in my file that I called I hope this is true. As a company you really need to do better. I am a firm believer on giving constructive criticism. Today this is mine DO AND BE BETTER.

The worst service from Cotton Electric that a member should ever endure. 45 years as a member. 90% of the time that I call about an issue they get me off the phone as quick as possible. I am not one to bug people. I might have a problem that I need to report on an average once every 5 years. The people running my coop need to stand back and take a serious look at how my coop is ran. Requested new service on 3/1/2021 for a new residence. Requested a disconnect on 3/9/2021. Go to the old property on 3/13/2021 to find the electric is STILL ON! Call again on 3/13/2021 and 3/15/2021 reminding them of the disconnect order. They say I won't have to pay any balance. Today is 3/17/2021, and I have a balance to pay that should not exist! The most unprofessional, incompetent service EVER!
