We just bought our house and this was the first time we needed propane. A different company was recommended to us but we wanted to try local, and this company was fantastic. The initial inspection process was quick and he explained everything as he did it. We ended up having trouble with our gauge and the owner and his son both came out to correct the problem while explaining why there was a problem in the first place. They were both respectful and incredibly nice. We will definitely not be looking for another propane service.
