The technicians are great and fast. The customer service team that answers the calls are less than professional. Rude and condescending. When a technician says the equipment needs to be upgraded but the customer service says no it doesn’t. I pay for internet service and if it goes out with every blink of the lights something is wrong somewhere especially when your neighbors are not having the same issue with the same service! Listen to your technicians!

I was in a desperate spot on a late Friday afternoon Christopher and Lucas got a solution to get us through the weekend. My homework and presentation both got finished with the help from these guys. Both kind and professional and worked fast. Explained what the problem was and the solution that needed to be done. Extremely thankful and hope I get these guys again of if I ever need assistance.

The internet isn’t good it’s just the only option in our area. The customer service is terrible. Move somewhere else.

Dillon came out to fix our internet cable. He was available earlier than scheduled so he contacted me to see if he could do the repairs earlier. He found the problem promptly and even replaced the modem cable box. He got our internet service up and running in 30 minutes.
Super nice young man and very helpful!

Old infrastructure copper wire had high resistance on one pair causing my slow and intermittent internet connectivity. Dillon found the wiring issue 1800 feet from my house. Once that was fixed he still showed an issue coming into the router. After changing out the wall connector everything improved performance wise. My connectivity is great now. Thank you for digging it out Dillon.

Excellent service all the way around. They came out the day after I called to setup service. Dillon was the gentleman that came to setup my Internet. He was amazing! Waited for me to get home, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was good to go all the way around before leaving. My experience with Dillon is the reason for the 5 stars as well as why I choose Cross. 10/10
