They never answer their phone ever! Left three voicemails none of them have been returned you have to go up there I guess because no one is going to answer the phone so you don't waste your gas

I always us my UHC card from united healthcare at the family dollar. I was in there today to use my card and they told me they don't accept my card . They said it's no good there. I don't get it, I have used my card in there just last week.I'm going to call thier main office and find out what's going on. For sure. I just checked family dollar online and it says they do accept that card. I sure would like to know why i I can't use my card now.
