Had a mishap here where I was overcharged at the gas pump but the employees working helped me out and were very cool about it! Got my money back just fine :)

I needed to stop and get gas today and this store was absolutely disgusting and filthy. I wanted to go wash my hands in the bathroom in every stall had a dirty toilet that had not been flushed. There were puddles in front of the fountain station and the poor lady working was lost. She had to ask the manager for help and he was so dismissive of the customers and her You could tell he truly hated people. I will never go to that store again which is why I very rarely use 7-Elevens anymore too many other options with good customer service

Really don’t know how there aren’t more negative reviews about how slow their pumps are. I live in the neighborhood behind this 7/11 so I always have to come here in the morning. 9/10 your pump will take 15min to fill up. Been this way for years.
I’m here now, so far I’ve timed it at 6min10seconds to fill up 10gallons of gas.

This was literally the most inconvenient gas station to come to getting gas was complicated. I can’t pay at the Pump. I will never be back here. and the gas pump is taking forever to get the gas into my car. It’s like something wrong with it.

Items are never bagged anymore which leave customers at risked of being victimized when returning to there cars to unlock them when leaving so if it ever happens to me I will make sure the owner and clerk at the time is FULLY held responsible.

Parking lot is disgusting filthy. In side floor disgusting filthy. Associate Keayn was less than friendly. This place is right by my house and would be the most convenient place for me to get gas,food,drink everything but I avoid it because it's disgusting. What a shame. Incident. 5-17 5am

I come to the store all the time especially at night and the clerk's always have the door locked. How do you supposed to make money or get paid if you don't have any customers. 7-Eleven is going down and so are the employees. The customer service stinks and and if there's management, then they must doesn't care either. I wish they are just closed all 7-Elevens down. Other stores are taking their business anyway. Next they're going to be paying their employees $7.15 an hour because they never have customers because the doors are always locked.

This 7-Eleven is one of the first locations I’ve seen transformed into the new concept—a fresh approach to providing convenience to customers. You were once known as the legendary corner store with just a couple of gas pumps, but now you’re operating on a much more competitive level.
That said, it was a bit disappointing to see this location lacking in maintenance. It seemed understaffed, and the cleanliness was noticeably poor. Staff professionalism was inconsistent. Every now and then, you could catch a glimpse of care, but overall, the employees came across as overworked and disengaged. Even if they don’t realize it, customers notice these things over time.
I just wanted to share my two cents and hopefully bring some attention back to the basics—the little things that truly make “convenience” convenient.
