7/11 is supposed to be 24/7.This is the second time I have drove by and the door been locked and no employee in sight. I was told they are counting money but the first night this happened I left and came back like 30 mins later and the door was still locked.This 7/11 is notorious for this. They have lost my business and unfortunately tonight I have to hit an ONCUE.Since this 7/11 is the closest to my house I always come here. This is getting old though.

Only gave him one star because I had to push something but don't go to this 7-Eleven to make the money order make sure you count it and you know what you give them because I messed up. Told him the wrong amount gave him too much money and he try to keep my wife's change

Don’t let the wow a dollar sign mislead you you have to be a rewards member which is what they fail to mention on the sign before you get to the register or else it’s regular price according to the 14 year employee working there

So I came to the 7-11 at NW 50th & Mac today and asked if they’d replace rotten fruit not refund just replace if bad? I ask every store before I buy the cantaloupe in cup because I wasn’t sure how the rules were individually and wanted too be sure I could replace. The guy ( tall Hispanic or Native American no name tag) working the register proceeds to ring me up I said one sec if my fruit is bad could I replace it? Not a refund just exchange it? He then says well is it bad? Does it look bad? I said I’m not sure they often are though that’s why I’m asking, he says it looks ok too me and I said well you can’t really tell by looks hon. He said so you want too open the fruit ? I said I mean I can’t smell or taste it without doing so and he says well then I’m out the money for it because you wanna open it? No I won’t replace it I’m not allowed to do that once open do you want it? I said I suppose lol I suppose I’ll be out the money for your rotten fruit if it is ? How is it the consumers fault I mean don’t ALL stores replace the food if it’s rotten? And also I am out the money because it was soured ?♀️ What awful customer service!! Idk what he’s going through in life to be so ugly and not nice but I pray for him. It says fresh on the top maybe it shouldn’t ?♀️

I went in this store been going in for 8 years this tall guys in there, he corrected mevwhat product i was saying, it wasnt the words it was the way, i told him dont talk to me that way im older, and he kept on and on daod my generations the reason why we go to counseling, i asked if he was beat he said yes, i daid i didnt do it and i didnt whip my child, he kept going on and on about a child getting beat at walmart, i said they was probably getting rude like your r to me
