Although I do not have an account with BANK OF OKLAHOMA I visited this branch because I was needing to exchange a damaged 100 bill. I was greeted by several employees with genuine friendliness and was helped immediately by a very nice young man . I was in and out of the bank in under 5 minutes , GREAT JOB BANK OF OKLAHOMA

We have many accounts with BOK, even 2 in Colorado. They are consistently helpful, pleasant, and facilitates getting things done. We have no complaints and would encourage anyone to use them for their personal and/or business needs.

I would seriously reconsider if you are thinking of refinancing your home though BOK. If you do, just hope that you don't have an insurance claim on your home. We had hail damage and filed a claim with State Farm. They issued us two separate checks, and when we went to BOK to have the checks endorsed, each time it took over an hour. BOK uses a 3rd party company for the endorsement code, and both times this company was not able to 'find' us in their system. With the first check, the BOK employee told us that we didn't have a 'real mortgage' and that's why they weren't able to help us. I still don't even know what that means. The second time, we went through the same scenario, with the 3rd party company saying they couldn't 'find' us, etc. and the BOK employees have no idea how to handle the situation. The service is so bad, I just don't even know how to describe it!

I appreciate the consistency of efficient and friendly service I experience at any branch of Bank of Oklahoma. I’d never visited the MacArthur and Memorial location before, and Mr. McBeth and his colleagues did a great job.

Richard, at the N. MacArthur and Memorial location, was quick to answer my question by phone. Then, arriving at his branch just minutes before closing, he already knew what needed to be done once I had arrived to accomplish my banking needs. Great to know another BOK branch with people not only competent to do their job, but also with solid interpersonal skills to understand how I need to achieve my banking goals when time is an issue. Thanks again, Richard! And, thanks BOK!

My issue with this branch of bok has nothing to do with the employees, but the fact that they aren't even open on Saturdays at all anymore.

Had an account with them but closed it because they do debit before credit for end of day transactions which they don't tell you and most other banks are credit before debit. They charge you a fee of 20 or more per transaction.
