Didn’t give me what I ordered and then got mad when I returned the wrong food. She put the chicken back when I had already touched it. She put it Back!! To give to somebody else. Disgusting she still didn’t even me what I ordered and when I went to take it back she got even madder. Worst experience. 0/0 don’t recommend. Better place around here than this place. Crazy she put that chicken back on the shelf. She also started to talk bad about me to the other employees. Church’s this is how you run a business? I’m also a Spanish speaker and she assumed that I didn’t understand it and kept making comments behind my back. Employees barely speak any English, including the manager, which is crazy

Manager was extremely rude! I asked for a refund on cold tenders, she told me she could not give me the full refund because she doesn't like to do refunds! She walks off and started talking about me!!! She said I will remake your food but cannot give u money back. She hates her job. One employee picked up a tender on the rack and felt the temperature with her bare hands and put it back under the light! Zero stars!

Used mobile app. Was there right on time. Food was cold they forgot items that were on the receipt. Tried calling and they never answered the phone. The place has gone down hill. I just want my money back and I'm never going back. Ever!

The food is super hot and the fries are nice and crispy. Staff might struggle with English a little.

Dear Church's Chicken Team,I wanted to share my recent dining experience, which was a bit of a paradox. On one hand, the food served was absolutely top-notch – truly, your kitchen deserves a round of applause for the steaming hot, perfectly cooked chicken that graced our table. However, and this is a rather sizeable 'however,' the temperature inside the restaurant was reminiscent of a winter's chill, so much so that it could have doubled as a storage room for snow cones! The icy interior was not only a topic of hushed conversations among guests—who were bundled up as if ready for a sleigh ride—but it also played the villain in rapidly cooling down our meals, which, might I add, started as a delightful culinary inferno. My companions and I, a party of three, ended up with noses running faster than kids to a playground. I couldn’t help but think, if the temperature had dropped any further, we might have seen a penguin waddle by asking for a seat at the table.I understand the staff are not equipped with magical powers to control the elements, and they did their job admirably under the circumstances. However, the ambiance of a restaurant plays a crucial symphony with the food, and in this instance, it was sadly off-key. When the world outside is already painting a frosty picture, the warmth of a restaurant should act as a haven, not an extension of the tundra.Creating an environment that is warm and welcoming is essential, especially when the weather outside is frightful. Adjusting the internal temperature to provide a comfortable atmosphere would not only enhance the dining experience but would make it a place where the warmth of your food is matched by the warmth of your hospitality.Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I believe with this adjustment, your establishment will not only serve great food but also provide the cozy dining experience one looks forward to.

Prepare your taste buds for a flavor adventure at Church's Chicken! The culinary journey began with a crispy, succulent symphony of spices that made me question if my taste buds had just joined a gourmet choir. Seriously, the chicken was so good, it could turn vegetarians into temporary carnivores. Now, let's talk about the atmosphere. If the goal was to recreate the chilly conditions of the Arctic, then Church's Chicken succeeded with flying icicles. I entered expecting to savor the warmth of crispy chicken goodness, but instead, I felt like I stumbled into Elsa's ice palace. I half-expected Olaf to greet me at the door, but alas, no snowmen were in sight--just shivers.I must say, maneuvering my way through a crispy chicken delight while wrapped in a winter coat deserves some sort of culinary acrobatics award. It was like enjoying a tropical vacation in a meat freezer. Perhaps they're testing a new line of polar-themed dining experiences? I'd suggest bringing your winter gear and maybe even some skis if you plan on making it through dessert without turning into a human popsicle. In conclusion, Church's Chicken delivered on the food front, whisking me away to a poultry paradise. However, the temperature left me questioning if I had inadvertently signed up for a chicken-flavored ice sculpting class. Warm chicken, cold setting - a paradox only rivaled by trying to eat an ice cream cone in the middle of a snowstorm.

Service & Atmosphere what you'd expect from a fast food drive-thru. Food is always good, cooked well. Best fried okra.

They are all so good to me. I go there often, they know exactly what I order and most of the time by the time I get to the register to order they have it ready to go. You don't find that to often.

The people working here are rude, have no customer service, and they never give me the right food. I ordered 2 of the exact same thing (chicken tenders) while we were the only customers there and they gave me two completely different things. The portions are tiny and it's just not worth going there anymore.
