We bought a 2018 Nissan murano about 2 months ago. We have had more issues with it than we should have. We have replaced the battery and the alternator twice. We have paid more money to fix it than should’ve. They wouldn’t even give us a chance to test drive.

Wow. I wish I could give zero stars. I was a car dealer. I’ve bought from multiple car dealers from big names to the tiny ones on 39th st. I have never encountered one that wouldn’t take my license, insurance and let me leave my car there so I could take a vehicle to my mechanic for a 30 minute inspection. He was also very rude, super unprofessional, blew me off the second I walked in the door before mentioning the mechanic thing. 0/10. Do not ever waste your time with this dealership.

Found a car i liked and emailed this place. It actually seemed all set so we went to make the deal. Took suv for test drive and there were problems with it. When we mentioned them, the air got thick, the down payment went up and the financing was a big joke!! Was told that without a double plus down pymt there wasnt any car we could get!! Its not a place to buy. Never know what your buying and they dont like you informing them of problems. DONT BUY AT THIS PLACE!!!

In august We came to this dealership desperate and the lady knew that and took advantage. They put us in a 2013 ford explorer, $1500 down $407/month drove off the lot with only 9 miles to E on it. They didn’t let us test drive so we probably should’ve left. Took it to a mechanic and the transmission is going out. Fast forward to today, we have a flat tire, we can’t get the tire off because the mechanic that works at this dealership stripped the lug nuts. Now I have no way of changing it. I have no way to make it to work or my daughters doctor appointments now. DO NOT trust this dealership!! If I could give this place zero stars that would be cool! F y’all honestly!

Amir at Payless auto was so helpful! Just got my first car today he really worked with me to get a car that I can afford and with low monthly payments! He worked with us for 3 hours and checked all options patiently with us. I highly recommend this place and AMIR he was so kind and patient!

My daughter got a car here today, and the sales associate Amir helped us get a car that works for her. Amir was really good he actually wanted to help instead of just making a sale. They are friendly and work within your means! would recommend to family and friends

I absolutely love Megan. She was so helpful in getting me in my dream car. They are very kind people. They even helped me with some issues on my credit report so that I'd be able to get my car.I highly recommend Payless Auto if you're looking for a car.

I initially gave this place a great review because they were so kind when shopping with them. I came back to change that review because 3 months after getting my 2015 Kia Sorento from them all 4 of my tires started smoking and my car started smelling like it was going to explode with me and my babies in it. Long story short, I was told by Kia that the car had been flooded along with a brake system issue that was going to cost me over 4000 to fix. This happened while on a trip to visit family in Kansas. Now I am being told by Payless that it’s illegal to take the car on a TRIP out of state and being threatened with lawyers. Do not shop here. I can not believe how unprofessionally they handled this situation.

Megan was a pleasure to work with! She was patient with my million questions and made our car buying experience a great one! Ray also helped us in the beginning and he was quick to respond when asked a question. We never got the feeling that they were just trying to sell us a vehicle like other car sales people are known for. We highly suggest Payless Auto!

SCAMMERS! Bought a car from these and the key fob worked when showing me the vehicle. After I signed all the papers, they handed me a DIFFERENT key fob which did not work. They acted surprised and told me it was the battery, which I changed and did not work still. I call the place 3 different times and the owner is never in. His wife runs the place, really. The one time he picks up, he gives me a locksmith's phone number and tells me he will pay to have the key "reprogrammed". He flakes on me and never tells the locksmith he is paying. Completely wasted my time. I later find out that the antenna on the inside of the fob is broken. He swapped my working key for a broken one. Super scummy. Don't buy from these guys. Drove off the lot with an empty tank. Got mad at me trying to go lower than he advertised because the vehicle was obviously damaged in several areas. Guy told me he would fix my fog light, then only changes bulb and leaves the light cracked. Can't get ahold of the guy ever. Might contact my financers to see what action we can take based on this.EDIT: Just looked at old picture he had posted of the car online, found out he swapped the battery out for a dying one too before he sold it.

They sold me a lemon! Claimed the car was in good condition and it was not! Car has multiple issues. Thousands of dollars' worth of work for a vehicle that was priced way higher than it should have been! Even the Carfax where wrong and not reported right!
