“Thank you Christopher Michael for helping my family and I through our home buying process. My husband and I started looking for a house last year and spoke with several realtors/brokers. We attended open houses (before COVID-19 pandemic), looked through all the home search apps etc without success. I was at the end of my rope and frustrated enough to contemplate remaining a renter. Furthermore, COVID happened exacerbating my anxiety. We met Christopher May 15th 2020. Christopher listened to us and respected our concerns. For example: due to our COVID-19 concerns he practiced precautions like frequent hand hygiene, wearing a mask, opening doors, turning on lights etcetera to minimize need for us to come into contact with high touch surfaces when we looked at properties. He also streamlined our search process decreasing my anxiety. He helped us narrow down our search and provided applicable property options. When we wanted to see a property he was readily available and flexible. When a property didn't work for us he would take note of what we liked and didn't like and modify our personalized MLS listing to meet our needs. When we had questions, he had answers. He maintained honesty and transparency during all our interactions. We closed on our house three weeks ago.
