I placed an order online 11/26/23 and got a email saying someone would contact me within 48 hours and never got a call I called the store 12/5/23 talked to Cassandra and was told she would send me the information they needed to complete my order and that they had the sectional I ordered in the store only to get nothing so I called back today 12/6/23 and was told it would be Friday it seems like they are not concerned with online orders I understand if y’all got enough business y’all don’t need mine so imma have to look for another place to get living room furniture I guess since it doesn’t look like it’s gonna happen with Rent One I don’t like doing business with companies that don’t do what they say it sends a red flag ? update I finally am told it would be another 2 months before I get the furniture delivered lol I end up canceling the order today

I called up there and spoke with the store manager I believe his name was Juan and it was one of most laughable conversations I’ve ever had he didn’t know anything about product kept asking a woman in the background for answers and ended up talking with with the lady I don’t remember her name she answered my questions immediately and I didn’t want to wait for product and tbh I didn’t want to deal with the manager anymore so I decided to go somewhere else

If I could give a -1 i would. Placed online order 11/04/2023, needless 2 say I never received a call about my order & I called the store twice & all I got was we are backed up...still no call back so I canceled order.

I ended up canceling my order and now I cannot get my money back. They are saying that they refunded it but it has not been put back into my account. I now remember that I stopped renting from them in the past because of issues like this. Payments made and then them saying it wasn’t even though I showed proof of it coming out of my account. Is this company so desperate that they need to steal from the customers?? Come on, just give me back my 26.59, surely it won’t hurt you to do so.

This is my first time dealing with Rent One and it’s been a horrible experience. I just moved into my new home last week, but before moving in we setup to have a refrigerator delivered from Rent One. They said our delivery date would be Thursday 11/16. That day comes, I wait till after 3 to see if my refrigerator would come, did it come? Nope. I called then spoke to Juan the manager, he explained that the other manager setup our delivery for Saturday (this was never told to us). It was like pulling teeth trying to get my refrigerator here on Thursday as promised. So, they deliver this refrigerator, but it doesn’t work. I call them Friday morning as soon as they open. The other manager said this is the third call I’ve gotten about them yesterday, I’ll fix it let me call you back. Time goes by I hear nothing all day. I call back around 4p, she says she’s waiting for their other store to call her back, welp I don’t hear from anyone at all that day not even an update smh. So, I call back Saturday spoke to Juan again. He says oh someone was supposed to come look at it yesterday (Friday). I explained no one came. I told him they can come today. He tells me they are all booked for the day and I would have to wait till Monday to have someone come look it. I told him that’s unacceptable it’s not my fault they didn’t send their people out to take care of my problem, so they should make me a priority, but nope he he said Monday and he doesn’t care if we continue to business with them or not. I explained to him I have 6 kids in my house without a refrigerator and I can’t put any food in my house. Do you think he cared? Nope. Sent a message the other manager on Saturday about how unpleased I am with their store and the bad customer service I am receiving, but got no response. Monday comes around still haven’t heard from anyone and I reached out to them to get no response. I’m sitting here with a refrigerator in my house that doesn’t work smfh. This place is bad with customer service. They don’t know how to treat a customer if you ask me. My friend does business with the other one, and she says they are great with their customers. I would rather do business with them, but because I live on the other side of town I’m stuck with sucky customer service. Just a warning. Oh and the refrigerator is all damaged, they didn’t even offer a discount on it ??♀️

the new delivery guys are beyond exceptional real customer oriented guys!! Miguel as well as Cassandra are real helpful needed a certain item for a short time and they found and made it work for me!! No other place beats their service heads down!!
