“I'm so very late in sending this review, but these people deserve my praise. They took such good care of my little Piper in her last two years, even though my dog was always very timid. They were gentle in every interaction, helping her feel at ease (and treating her for her good behavior). When her hips got achy, they introduced us to Librella - which made such a huge difference, she was bounding and zooming around the backyard again (at 15yrs old)! We are sure their suggestion extended her life by a full year. THANK YOU. And when our dog passed at 16yrs, Dr Pritchard and her team showed us compassion too. WE ARE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL. About the business? Reasonably priced, kind treatment, and they always had room in the schedule to see us.”

“Great place, great price! I am gonna be transparent in case anyone is tight on cash like I was, and you have trouble finding a flat out answer on websites like I did. Their visit fee is a little high but for a walk in you are NOT gonna find somewhere cheaper it was about $74, however don't let that price scare you because they really save you on everything else . I got my dogs ear infection treated for 116 trust me when I say I spent the whole morning calling places and getting quotes, you will NOT find same day availability for anything cheaper and 116 is an amazing price. The medication was only $40 so if your pet is unlucky to have a double ear infection your looking at about 160. And the wait was non existent I was in and out...**Of course they may be busier on a different day and every animals situation is different but I really just hope this review helps some one who's struggling financially to get there animal seen for an emergency to have a transparent answer on something like an ear infection which happens to most dogs.”

“Update: Mandy, the office manager, called me back the very next morning to apologize for the situation and was so very kind! I also had to call again as my new puppy was having an issue and they got her some medication and moved up her next appointment. I feel they have gone above and beyond making this situation right and really caring for my puppies and cats. Thank you! I would love to give 5 stars for the vet techs and the vets - they are so kind and attentive to our pets needs. We recently got 2 new puppies and I had made their first appointment for them a few weeks out, but then I discovered one had worms and I called panicking and they were so kind to get me in that same day. The very next weekend one of the puppies was not feeling well and we just walked in on a Sat at 11 and they took care of my sick pup and sent us home with what we needed and told us where to go in case of an emergency over the weekend. I was very impressed! So much so that we scheduled an appointment for all 3 of our cats. I scheduled the appointment at their office and told them I am a teacher and that I needed an appointment after 4 and they found the first available and we booked that and left thinking all was well. Fast forward to the cats appointment day and we show up and the lady at the front desk was very brusque and preceded to tell me that she only had 2 of my cats scheduled at 4pm and that we were no-shows for the 3rd cat’s appointment which was scheduled that morning at 9:15. I told her that we had never scheduled a 9:15 appointment (why would I want to take off work and come twice when only one appointment was needed?) and that there must have been a mistake and she basically insisted that it was my fault and my husband’s fault because he is the one who got the text reminders and should have noticed the mistake of the 9:15 appointment and then called to change it. I tried to tell her we did not examine the messages, we got 3 reminders for the 3 appointments we had made and never thought to look for a mistake. I finally just told her that she will not speak to me in such a manor and that I did not make that appointment and then I was going to request someone else to help me and that’s when she very rudely asked if I wanted to speak with someone and I said yes I do. As she got up she turned to the two vet assistants who were sitting on either side of her and said you guys are my witnesses that this was not on me and I want you guys to make that clear. When she left the room the poor vet assistants looked extremely uncomfortable and apologized to me. Eventually she sent a vet tech to speak with me about the situation, but is a vet tech really anyone of authority? I highly doubt it. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to an office manager or owner tomorrow. Once in the room one of the assistants apologized again and explained that a new lady had made my appointment and she probably just made a mistake, which is completely understandable but berating a customer and blaming them for their mistake is not good business practice. Overall the rest of the appointment was great and the doctors were very kind. They took care of our cats and were engaged with the cats and us. I can’t say one bad thing about that part of the appointment. I just believe that I am a paying customer who should be treated with basic kindness. My bill was over $500 for that visit and to be spending that much money to be treated like shit upon walking in the door is very off-putting and a bad business. After I call, hope that this will be successfully managed so that no other unsuspecting customers have to deal with this same kind of issue.”

“We have an older Pomeranian with heart issues. She desperately needed a dental cleaning; however, our local vet required advanced testing to see if Evie could handle anethesia. We were referred to Wedgewood for an EKG. Once that was completed and the cardiologist had a treatmant plan in place, our local vet referred us back to Wedgewood and Dr. Bachman to complete the dental procedure with the additional heart monitoring they could provide. I am beyond amazed with the care, love, and concern they gave Evie (and me) throughout the entire referral. I am so thankful that Evie had her dental on 9/14/26, and she came through with flying colors. Dr. Bachman walked me through the procedure and how everything was handled before, during, and after the anethesia was administered. We live in McLoud, and we will definitely take any referral to Wedgewood that we need to treat any of our pets. Thank you! (Included is a picture of Evie still feeling out of it from the procedure.)”

The construction made getting there a little confusing, but sarah was super helpful explaining how to get there from take 5 💀 and got me checked in. Check-in was easy and everyone was really nice. The doctors and the girl mady were great, even though my cat doesn’t love people 😅Checkout was a little confusing with the bill, but it was taken care of. (Not really a complaint but could use some sound proofing decor little awkward vibes in the lobby)”

“We've been through some things here but they were sympathetic to our loss. They treated my Tinkerbell for heartworm when she was younger and gave me 10 more years. They also are always super helpful and full of information with my hefty weiner dog Harley with allergies. Anyways this is where I bring my dogs and so does my other family which they have their stories on how they helped them out with their dogs even when they thought there was no hope. Also the front desk staff is awesome and friendly, they speak Spanish too which is helpful.”

“Dr Rose is the best! Agape treats your pets like family. She is both a compassionate and knowledgeable vet, caring for both dogs and cats! We love visiting for our routine visits, or a spray and neuter when adding a new pet to the family. Not only has she saved my dachshund from renal failure, she offers therapeutic remedies for older or disabled dogs, such as laser therapy. She has also given my pets excellent referrals when needed. I have never encountered a more caring staff at a vet clinic, or a cleaner one. She’s in the Bethany area, but she is well worth the trip from any surrounding town in the metro area! You should also ask for the date of Santa photos with your pets, usually in November each year!”

“Our Duke suddenly developed diabetic cataracts in both eyes. He when totally blind in a couple months. We were told there is nothing that can be done. We took Duke to Dr. Gwen and he said he can fix Duke. A week later, he performed his surgery. He is an amazing doctor with a great personality. He fixed my blind dog in one day. I couldn’t ask for a better animal optimist or person! The staff is so sweet, amazing, and caring as well. Overall great experience! My Duke can see again!”
