“We have taken our three cats to Dr Weiss for the past 6 years, and she has always been a very kind, compassionate and effective veterinarian. Her staff has always been polite and helpful. When I made an appointment recently, they did tell me that Dr Weiss had recently been in an accident, and wasn't working at the clinic during her recovery, and her assistants were taking care of procedures that don't require a DVM. I'm sure this situation could cause stress for her staff, so I would ask anyone who has experienced issues with them recently to please take this into consideration. My heart goes out to Dr weiss, her family and staff, and I hope for her a full recovery. She has always been such a wonderful vet for our cats.”

“Dr Cameron is absolutely wonderful! Today was my first time at her office. I brought my 7-month-old kitten Lucy in for badly leaking, draining eyes. I was worried I waited too long and that she would be blind in at least one eye. The place I tried to take her to was closed today and I was beside myself with worry when I Google searched and found Southwestern Pet clinic at 8501 S. Western Ave. On a hope and a prayer I drove over and the clinic agreed to see my Lucy on the spot! Dr Cameron quickly relieved my fears, using a dye to check for eye scratches and prescribing an eye ointment, while giving me other helpful hints and tips for Lucy and for her sibling who has been sneezing and who was still at home. First I almost cried with worry and then I almost cried with relief!The exam was only $45 and the medicines and the pill Popper came to $50. $99 was way less than I had expected I would pay to get Lucy the help she needed. So then I made an appointment for next week for my elderly chihuahua for a health check-up. I absolutely am sold on this office! Thank you Dr Cameron and your wonderful staff! ?”

Full vision loss was in late January’24. Then we found Dr. Gwin and called and made an appt, went in, (all very early February) well today is the 17th and his surgery was on the 6th of February. That day he could see again and every single day has been even better. He’s running again and is pretty happy he can have his toys back… It’s actually one of the more awesome things in life,to witness your pup get their vision back, thanks Dr. Gwin and your skilled, kind staff for doing work that feels like a straight up miracle…. Get your pup here, he knows what he’s doing its very impressive.”

When I bought Stink in on the 7 th I kinda already had a feeling it was going to be bad, I did pray and ask God if I could have least 5 more years, because he was only 10 or 11 yrs old. When I started to notice him slowing down it was probably too late. But I jumped YouTube for help, I learned a lot. Put all to effect. He would eat and water but wasn’t pooping. I met the ladies behind the counter, they laughed when I called Stink fat daddy, the lady said what’s his name I said stink,I said I jus call him daddy too.that was lil snippet of what transpired.
